The Melting Pot Restaurant provides a truly social, yet customizable, activity that conveniently revolves around our delicious food. We offer delectable fondue made from award winning cheeses, a selection of fondue cooking styles to enjoy with a variety of entrée options and chocolate fondue desserts that make this dining experience one to be remembered. We are indeed the premier fondue restaurant. Choose one, two, three or more courses to create the perfect night out.

Blanca, our server was EXCEPTIONAL! She went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. We've had her as our server before and she remembered us and was a step ahead of us at all times! She brought out extra sauces so we didnt have to ask and extra veggies.

The cheese course was good but could have been made better if we had been given more soft pretze for dipping. The meats were all fantastic. The deserts were perfect! Our cocktails were great, though there was one time I ordered another drink and our server forgot for a while. No big deal though. Best meal ever!

Our server was amazing (her name is Leah), surprisingly we had the same server over 2 years ago...what are the odds!?! She's fun, energetic and very helpful. For as busy as it was on Valentine's Day she made us feel like we were her only table. If we couldn't decide on what to order she would give us her recommendations and they didn't disappoint. Can't wait to go back!

The service was great out server was very relatable kind, funny and down to earth. He made the dining experience enjoyable and answered any questions we had since our party was a bit confused about the menu since it was put first time going to the melting pot. The time in between courses was spot on and we always had plenty to drink. In addition the bathroom was spotless and the paper towels were super soft !

Leah, our server, was the best. She was cute, chatty, and really knowledgeable about the courses. She helped us choose what meats would be best with the broth we got, and she was spot on. She definitely helped make our night perfect.

Our server was wonderful, friendly and helpful. She noticed that we could save a dollar by adding a 4th ladies night instead of just an extra cheese and chocolate serving and so she offered to package up a salad tjat came with the 4the ladies night deal. We had some confusion regarding the use of cohen restaurant gift cards since there website only lists melting pot and it is not unless you click it and notice that only the gaslamps address is there would you know the La Jolla restaurant doesn't except them. Even with this themail staff was wonderful and our server worked with the manager and was able to find a way to let us use of gift card which was very appreciative and will lead us to come back again.

The area in which we were placed to seat was next to the kitchen and in the middle of a hallway. It was loud and distracting and It really took away from our night. We've been placed in much more secluded and nicer areas than this one.

In my opinion, the only thing that could have been improved was the location of our table. We were right outside the kitchen and the in/out traffic was distracting. Of course you need a kitchen and you also want to maximize seating, but maybe there's a middle ground. Maybe a panel could be installed to shield us valued customers from the traffic.
