    The wait time to place my order was non-existent the cashier's we're very friendly and personable the food was fabulous and the atmosphere was excellent, I frequent both of your Midland locations and have had nothing but and outstanding experience in either place.

    We weren't sure which register to place our order and nobody seemed concerned about taking our order. The ticket says Host:Erika, but unless his name was Erika, it was someone else(I state this in Erika's defense). The general attitude seemed that nobody really wanted to be there. Of all the staff I interacted with, none of them smiled once. In your defense, I know it is challenging to find and keep good help in this area as the oil boom increases. I too have this problem at my business. I will be back as I know this is not normal performance, and I do enjoy your establishment.

    The lady working the counter was not friendly at all, almost like I was inconveniencing her being there. When I asked a question about the menu she talked to me like I was stupid. And then my daughter stood at the counter for a refill for 5+ minutes with people walking by her and ignoring her. I love McAlisters but I definitely wouldn’t go back to this particular location again.
