This was a typical visit at our local McAlister's. We always receive great service, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always well prepared.

Only one register open while team was working on large order. People who ordered well before us received food after. No one in store was offered a refill. Chicken in wrap was cold and wrap was so hard I had to take the filling out to eat. Coleslaw tasted bad. Bread on the sandwich w as stale.

The young lady that took our order was fine. It's what happened afterwards. When another young lady brought our food she said I'll be right back with your cheesecake. That time never came. I had to go get it myself. While back at the counter a different young lady saw me holding my half glass of tea, said Not One word to me, just handed out her hand and looked at me as if "what?". I said more ice and unsweet tea please. Again no response. I asked for my cheesecake that was purchased, she said quote "Sir you're just gonna have to wait. We're short handed and I gotta help them". The them is customer's waiting to place order. BUT I have BEEN Waiting and already paid. Needless to say, I walked back to my table with a bad taste in my mouth. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at this restaurant. Makes me question whether or not we will return. Horrible Horrible. Night crew waiting on customers...Wake Up! No Customers means No Job
