    Maggiano’s Little Italy® specializes in Italian-American cuisine served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Each restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and offers a convenient carryout service as well as delivery, in addition to beautiful and accommodating banquet spaces for special occasions. Maggiano’s serves guests at nearly 50 locations across the country. Maggiano’s opened the doors of its first location on the corners of Clark St. and Grand Ave. in Chicago, IL, Nov. 11, 1991. Maggiano’s menu features both classic and contemporary Italian-American recipes – homemade pastas, signature salads, prime steaks, fresh fish, regular chef specials and specialty desserts, accompanied by a large selection of wines from acclaimed vintners as well as its own private wine label, Salute Amico. The food is made-from-scratch daily. Family style service or individual entrees are available.

    I truly enjoyed my experience at Maggianos. Our server was awesome and the food was delicious!
    Again Boom Boom provided energized service and made us feel special. The chef's special of lobster and artichoke was fabulous. And the Marc Barolo wine, which the server suggested for our taste, was so good that we had two! The little lemon cookies brought for my bday were a great way to top off the meal and was very kind and generous.
    Matt at the reception desk and our waiter, Ken, both helped make our visit very enjoyable. I brought my 95 year old mother who is in a wheelchair and Matt made sure we were seated in an appropriate place for her without making us feel like we were asking for anything special. Ken was the perfect blend of personal and professional, keeping us well taken care of, bringing us refills and bread when we needed them and pacing the meal perfectly. Both are great assets to your brand.
    I think the menu is a little hard to read & understand. Could be layed out a little better.
    should have ability to make reservations. seating is not efficient. usually arrive seeing 10 or more empty tables all set up and ready and still are forced to wait for 15 minutes or more
    Thank you for an amazing experience. There should be more restaurant's like yours that take the time out to ensure there guests are receiving top notch service. This will certainly be one of our regular eating haunts.
    We were waited on by Omar and could not have had a better experience. He paid quality attention to is even while serving other guests. We got to know him on a personal level which is a rarity. We will definitely request him in the future!
    Although the food and service was great, I did not particularly care to see what appeared to be servers and cooks having smoke breaks in the front of the building. This shouldn't be visible to customers. NoT a good look.
