Maggiano’s Little Italy® specializes in Italian-American cuisine served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Each restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and offers a convenient carryout service as well as delivery, in addition to beautiful and accommodating banquet spaces for special occasions. Maggiano’s serves guests at nearly 50 locations across the country. Maggiano’s opened the doors of its first location on the corners of Clark St. and Grand Ave. in Chicago, IL, Nov. 11, 1991. Maggiano’s menu features both classic and contemporary Italian-American recipes – homemade pastas, signature salads, prime steaks, fresh fish, regular chef specials and specialty desserts, accompanied by a large selection of wines from acclaimed vintners as well as its own private wine label, Salute Amico. The food is made-from-scratch daily. Family style service or individual entrees are available.

Excellent service, server was very attentive and food was very delicious.
By far the best service. Everything was great, food, and server.
I enjoy the variety of items on the menu, whether I am dining in the restaurant or carrying out. The employees are friendly and make the experience a nice one. I enjoy the Maggiano's experience!
Service and food were great, as usual; one comment, which I make on every Maggiano's survey, is that your Gratuity Guide is the only one (of a dozen or so restaurants we use) that computes the tip with the tax included. You can check any tip-related site to verify, but the tax is computed on the pre-tax amount! I've had responses from Maggiano's in the past, always promising that 'someone would look into it', but nothing has changed. We eat at Maggiano's (split between Bridgewater and Cherry Hill, with an occasional trip to Boston), with an average bill over $400, so the extra $5 isn't the issue. In fact I donated that $5 to your Make-a-Wish program. I just like to see consistency throughout the industry. Thanks for reading.
Nelson was an amazing server. His enthusiasm and professionalism is a rare find. Please extend our gratitude for an incredibly enjoyable experience.
Nelson was the best! He was on top of his game the whole night and was very polite He's literally the only reason I did this survey. Give him a promotion. Nelson you are the bomb!
Great experience. Our first visit. The restaurant was immaculate. My son has autism & a special seating request was made. Scott Little was so gracious in granting he checked in multiple times to be sure we were ok. Our server Nelson was amazing. Great service & very personable to our son. Our daughter said Nelson went above and beyond when most times servers shy away from us. Great, great experience. Oh God the meal was amazing!
Christian made this visit amazing. Definitely will be coming by thanks to his personable, fun, and speedy attendance.
Jen, our server, was an absolute delight. We ordered Veal Marsala & it was wonderful. We compare others to Maggiano's and they always come up short
I substituted mash potatoes for pasta on the eggplant dish. Unfortunately I was not able to do the same with the take home meal. It should all be the same. Why would I want to take something home that I would not have ordered in the first place.
