Our server Steve was excellent. Another server Chris, stopped by and entertained our son, and the hostess Jackie was great. We let Brian the manager know on our way out!
The Matre D was excellent. We had reservations but due to traffic we were runnng late called assured no issue. Upon arrival we were seated immediately waiter was exceptional asked for recommendations he was spot on. It was a special dinner for family and we will again return due t the service will highly recommend for others. We have been to the Boston location previously and will continue to return
The food is amazing (especially the Delmonico steak)

We were very impressed with our server, Brian, and Chef Steve as well. The chef made a point of coming to our table to ensure that he cooked our gluten and dairy free items in a way that satisfied us. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the whole experience!
Excellent service! I'm always impressed with the food, atmosphere, and friendliness of the staff.
My son has severe food allergies and sous chef Richard Gonzalez was extremely accommodating for his dinner. He actually came out and met my son, assuring him, which alleviated any hesitation about his dinner. The food was excellent and the waiter, Brian, was also great at meeting our needs. We would certainly recommend Maggiano's for a wonderful family dinner as they absolutely made it a welcoming experience.
As a Boston cab driver I always tell visitors to visit Maggiano's first then try to find a better restaurant in the North End of Boston !! Plus you can walk to the North End thru Beacon Hill after dinner .
Overall it was a nice post Holiday meal- however we waited 30 minutes longer than the server said, he waiter suggested the special desert which sounded fabulous- Maple bourbon bread pudding- it looked lovely but was devoid of any maple flavor in fact it was bland bread-@9$ a serving!!!
