Have 1-2 separate technicians solely for brakes that do not congest the oil change lines.

They were nice and provided detailed explanations if there needed to be. They answered all the questions I had and explained everything to me. They took their time explaining everything and making sure I understood everything I needed to understand the services they were doing to my car. They also brought up suggestions in the future for my car.
better attention to detail- cannot overlook the installation of three skid plate bolts.
More loyalty benefits for return customers would be great
Elaborate a bit more on the services that are offered. He offered something with the lights but I was not familiar with that service and what it entails. He asked me several times and I asked him if my car needed it? He seemed a little frustrated with me because I did not understand what that was. Then he slowed it down quite a bit. Everything was offered in a very fast manner. Felt a little rushed? or he was just going through the motions of asking what is required of him? Not sure
As a female, I was appreciative of the two men who worked on my car. The reason? They listened to my explanation as to what I was experiencing with the car's problem. It wasn't 'straight forward' but was, instead, much more subtle. It took someone who really knows cars to pinpoint the problem, as it was more than one thing which lead to the solution of the over-all situation. To this point, I had paid a lot of money to 3 other reputable mechanics, who didn't listen to me nor able to locate the problem. Chris & Brian were 'spot' on.
