    I drove to an hour half after I got my car serviced for my check engine light to come on. Then had complications of my car dying everything I came to a stop. After I drove another 2 hours to get home my husband looked at the car and notice my air filter box and hoses where no longer connected! And error on jiffy lube as they took it out to show me! They also ruined my auxiliary cord to my stereo while vacuuming the car
    I go to Jiffy Lube for the fast service (it's your company name). I waited over an hour for a regular oil change. I don't know if more employees are needed, but something should be looked at. The employee told me it would be an hour wait when I got there, but it felt like he was only telling me that in attempt to try to get me to leave.
    More training and education for your technitians. Sometimes I can tell they are just kind of "Winging it" and not really knowledgable enough on what they are recomending or proposing. Or just accuracy on how something works.
    An air filter was recommended and I wanted it changed; however, this location did not have it in stock. Now I have to make an extra trip to come back or go somewhere else. I also needed an bulb changed and that was also not in stock so I was out of luck again. Your stock on items should be better if you're going to sell extra services.
    The advisor was professional and the service was timely. On a previous visit, JL changed my air filter at half the cost the dealership quoted. So I am happy with my local JL in Ventura.
