    Congratulations! You have lost a customer. Our last visits to Jiffy Lube gave been great, but today was a joke and we will not be returning. After a long wait and the work was done, they refused to accept a coupon that had expired (super small writing) a few days ago. We had accidentally grabbed the wrong coupon from our refrigerator (you send coupons every week, which is another issue). One coupon expired on 10/14, the other expires on 11/4. They both have the exact same price. The employees refused to accept the coupon and we were charged an extra $16. We were told that this is corporate policy, yet a year ago, I did not have a coupon and the employee was able to get me the coupon price. I later called the manager from home and was blown off. I am a very loyal customer, but this is enough to turn me away for good. I hope it was worth it, there are plenty of other places to get my oil changed that won't jerk me around. You an also be sure that I will gladly share my experience with other potential customers. If this really is a corporate policy, it sucks and is downright insulting. Both coupons are for the exact same price, this is beyond frustrating.

    i have to change my oil every 2 to 3 weeks and im in this store several times in between changes to get topped off and i am a paying customer for my oil. it should not have to wait to to get topped off with all the people that work in this store. watching these people work is like what it takes 5 guys to change the oil in a car and and have 2 stalls and do one car at a time. Hear is a idea the person coming out to greet you he can scan your vin or enter in system check oil level add the oil and customer can be on there way in less then 5 minutes and not wait a half hour.

    Length of time had to wait seemed long, especially when employees talking among themselves. But could have been work or customer related.
