    Founded in 1976 in Beaumont, Texas, Jason’s Deli serves guests at over 240 restaurants in 28 states. Our deli restaurants offer more variety and hospitality. From healthy to indulgent, classic and new creations, original and lighter options, to last-minute catering and all-day deals. Over the years, we have eliminated artificial trans fats, MSG, high-fructose corn syrup, and colors and artificial dyes from our food.     The delivery took a very long time to deliver. The hot food was cold by the time it arrived. The menu is good and the service was friendly but, for quick business lunches, it was not convenient at all.
    Your staff was awesome!! We received all items except for my large Tea, it was on the receipt and we were charged for it. Also, when I called to confirm my order the young lady was nice enough to inform me of a delivery delay, we moved delivery time up by 1/2 hour and the order still arrived 25 minutes - 1/2 hour late. Your driver was very apologetic and explained that your store was very busy that day. These are minor incidences and I was still satisfied with your staff and the delivery. Keep up the good work!! I will continue to do business with your store and I will also continue to recommend to my colleagues.
    We have ordered multiple times from Jason's for delivery of a "work" lunch. On almost every occasion the order is messed up in some way. Today, I ordered the new Mesa Chicken Salad, and what I received was a container of lettuce and one cherry tomato. I paid $8 for lettuce and one cherry tomato. Very disappointing.
    Your manager Andrew at the Oracle store is a rude and disrespectful person to be representing your company. I was completely blown away with his attitude and behavior. Please do something and fix this problem. I will never return to that Jason's ever again in my life.
    We have frequented Jason's Deli over the years and have always had good Muffalettas. But, today, we ordered two of them and they were truly tasteless. We couldn't bring them back because we live 1 1/2 hours SE of Tucson. In the past, we have always looked forward to picking up some Muffalettas & bringing them back home for dinner, after spending the day in Tucson. Today was a disappointment and a waste of 26.00.

    Actually, I did not eat at Jasons Deli. It was 8:30am and I was waiting in my car to go the the LensCrafters next door at 9:00. I saw a lot of cars in front of Jasons and decided that it must be a really good place to eat. So I went in. A man met me at the door and asked how he could help. I answered that I needed a cup of coffee. He replied that he was sure he could help me out. We went to the cashier and she gave me a cup. Then we walked to the coffee station and another young man pulled the lever and said, no charge. I was amazed and left thinking I'd be back. It was only then that I realized that the store was closed and only employees were there having a meeting. Thank you. I'll be back to order something and pay for it! Dessa
    We were very pleased with the food and service. The order was delivered on time, everything we needed was delivered, all who attended loved the food. Very satisfied.
    Everything about this order, from online ordering to eating was a great experience. Most, if not all of, our catering needs are for our board meetings, whose members we only see a few times a year, so it's important for our catering to be delicious and on time to help us make the best impression in the limited window we have with them. Thank you for the stellar service and food.
    My first ever, and last, to Jason's. Not only did my sandwich sit on the counter for a long time, it was cold when I got it, the cheese wasn't even melted a little bit. I finally had to ask for my sandwich and then it was the blame game from everyone behind the counter. I told the manager on duty I wouldn't be back AnD he just stood there and looked at me. Didn't ask what was wrong, nothing. So, that's the last $10 you'll ever get from me and I plan on telling everyone I know how bad Jason's Deli is
