My server Tanner was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful and willing to promote the Dave and Busters fun me and my family was looking for. The food suggestions were exceeding expectations, the drink selections and the knowledge of it being happy hour was great as well. I will definitely return and have Tanner as my server any day of the week. Nicole was an amazing help as well to be a manager and stop by my table to talk to me blew me out of the water. She asked what we came out for and if we were having fun and enjoying the food, games and drinks. Overall the team effort made for an excellent experience from this store.
The games being out of order. The past times I have been there the boxing game was out of order and I wanted to play it but I couldn't cause it as out of order
I went to D&B for lunch on a Friday afternoon and it turned out pretty disappointing. The waiter wasn't to great because the service was very slow, I didn't get my drink ordered till about 10min in. I was told by the manger the reason I wasn't being attended in a timely manner and or acknowledged as I should be was because they had over 100 people show up an hour before. The waiter was very friendly but could not get my order correct, my food took a long time to come out and when it did it was wrong. I ordered onion rings and got fries. I feel I was sort of sitting there waiting for help. The manager came by and I told her I wasn't to happy and that's when I was told that they were very busy.
I would not change anything different due to fact of being a family of fun environment... 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I think that it would have been nice if they provided our students with game cards for free. In addition s condense menu with 4- 5 selections would have made it easier for the students to order.
    Great time for kids
The Arlington Dnb has now given me the worst experience EVER.Sergio my waiter was nice. Yet, when I placed my order I ordered a long island ice tea w/suoviner glass. It never came after all our meals were delivered. I ordered the Philly cheese steak just they way it is on the menu. When it came it had no veggies on it. I sent it back only for it to be returned with over cooked green peppers and some onions plopped on top of hard bread. The lawnmower salad had several old Browning pieces of lettuce. The meal was ordered with the package of $20 plus the super charge placard that was never loaded. After the manager returned with the same dreadful sandwich I rejected I decided it would be best not to eat/drink .We went on to play and while playing the 4 way air hockey only 2 pucks dispensed. I went to the counter and both ladies that worked were texting on their phones each time I had to walk up. One called the floor assistant and Chris (tall guy with glasses) came asked me where did the last pick go in I told him he opened and returned them. I saw a sign above the game saying that 4 people playing get 4pucks. My self, husband and 2 kids swiped to plan had only received 2 pucks. When I advised he just looked at me as if I was losing then proceeded to tell me that was how the game was. I asked about the sign that clearly stated we were supposed to have 4 pucks. He was reluctant to credit the game. As we were playing the pucks get stuck again on the same game. I went to the ticket counter and again the girl was texting on her phone. She called for assistance. Chris returned. The young lady told him we needed help and told him that another guest needed help. Chris paused and the girl laughed and told him we were first . He stood there and blantly went to the other patron frost as he did not want to assist me and my family again. This was the worst experience ever. The Walnut Hill Dnb has never been like this. I will never trust to this one.
Game room was overcrowded. Not enough billiards table at this location. If location was a bit larger the experience wouldve been better as there were many kids there this Saturday afternoon.
When we arrived we decided to sit in the bar. There were some empty tables but they were all dirty. The hostess said we could seat ourselves. So my party sat down at this dirty table but I stood next to it in hopes someone would see me. We waited for a very very long time before anyone seemed to notice or CARE. There were servers passing by all the time by but none stopped. Finally Bryanna at the Arlington, TX location on her way to the kitchen stopped to ask if we had been helped. We said no. She apologized for our wait stating she thought someone had surely stopped by to greet us. She cleaned our table & was very polite and attentive. She became our server and checked on us throughout the evening. That was the only bright spot of the experience which is why I gave the ratings I did OR else it would have been lower. The food quality is not up to par but I guess that's always been the underlying whispersamong the community/society which is you don't really go to Dave and Buster's to eat because the prices are way too high and the food is sub-par. You only go to play the games and maybe have a watered down drink. But even the gaming structure has changed.....
We had to wait way too long to order food and pay for food. The manager did not really help the wait staff at all. I was very disappointed in the service that we had on that day and a lot of the games were not working either.
