    Find a way to interact with people at the bar. Like a trivia night or something
    My most recent visit was while the place was relatively busy, so we were prepared to wait. We only had a few issues with games not working or inconsistent card-swiping recognition with one of the cards we had purchased that night. The food would have been excellent except for the wait and the fact that some of it came out cold due to a misunderstanding in the kitchen. Otherwise, the service was impeccable. My thanks to Julia for doing her best to provide us with the best experience.
    It was extremely frustrating that the card swipes were not working correctly. It either wouldn't work at all or it would charge me multiple times for the game therefore, I would have to sit there until the credits were used, when I could have used those credits to play another game. No one did anything about it and it was incredibly annoying to try to figure out how to get it to work.
    Very clean place to eat and play!!! Server is friendly and let me borrow his pen!

    The staff at the winning section to get your prizes was very rude and was on her phone. She pushed us through we went to cash out and the prizes aren't to good.
    This location highly dissatisfied and disappointed me. They had dropped off a menu to my store (it is located inside of the mall) and told us to try it out. Free delivery inside of the mall and a 20% discount. So I decided to try it on my 30 min break. I had called a head so it would be ready. The lady that I spoke to wasn't sure how to do the discount and take my card over the phone. So I said that I will come pick it up, even tho that was not what I wanted. So I gave it 20 min and took the walk down to the location. When I walked in there was no one at the front desk so I was not sure where to go to get my food. So I looked around. I saw another counter with employees helping someone. So I stood there for a couple of min while they helped someone else. It was taking a min so I looked around again and saw an employee standing at a counter. So I went and asked him where I could get my food. He said he didn't know. And pointed in a direction and said go that way and look for a white booth. So I walked away looking for a white booth. I didn't see one, but I did see the bar. I thought that might be a good place. When I came to the bar there where two employees talking. One of them looked right at me and then they both walked away. The man did go check on a table of customers but the woman just finished da fumbled around and looked at me again. So there I stood. The man finally came back over and I told him I had placed an order and was not sure where to pick it up. He also said that he did not know and he would check. He asked the woman he was talking to earlier, and then directed me to a desk where no one was. Once I walked over there there was a woman there. I believe it was the woman that had taken my order. She knew my name and had my order waiting. Finally, I thought I could get my food and go back to work. Nope. She told me that she had to get the manager to give me the discount. And there I stood for a good 10 min. She called twice over the walkies for a manager and no one came. At this point I was frustrated bc this has been more than half of my break and I still did not have my food. So finally I just said forget it. I'll just pay full price. Literally, as soon as she hands me my card back the manager walks over. I asked if she can adjust it and I'm told no. The only way she could do that would be to charge me again. I'm a manager in retail, basically it sounded like she didn't want to do it. She had started to say that the next time I come in, and at this point I interupted her and said that there will not be a next time. The manager that came over was petite, black and had short curly hair. The woman that was at the counter looked like she was pregnant. I think her name was Jocelyn. I decided to try D&B for the first time and I regret it whole heartedly. My entire break was spent getting food, when it was avertized that it was 20% off and free delivery inside of the mall. Neither of those things happened. All in all it was a horrible experience. And I have to say, we were thinking about having our next company function at this location, safe to say that is not happening. I would like to be contacted about this and I would like to know how I will be compensated for this huge inconvenience. My email is *****, my name is Tracey.
    It would be nice to lower game price a tad so we are able to have a longer stay. I heard a few parents complaining while in there that their kids were blowing through the card money too fast. They were very upset. My child did okay but he is very selective on choosing a game and took his time.
    Had a great experience. Will be returning.
    the bartender was very nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome the drinks and food were amazing. we will be looking forward to coming back soon. thank you.
