    Fun, friendly, good environment
The restrooms were nasty during both visits which were months apart. Broken door and dirty toilets. It changing tables for babies when there's plenty of space for one. There's an odor that spells like the sewage or rusted pipes. Games very expensive for mediocre prizes.
Portions were small all around. I get the snow cone drinks would have crushed ice. But put them in a bigger cup? What I experienced was terrible. I have a drink for 3 minutes and then wait another 10 for the waitress to maybe come back and see if I'd like another. Sandwich wise I got the short rib cheesy mac. More mac n cheese on that bad boy. If it's gonna be a $12 sandwich I'd expect a $12 sandwich. I now know to go eat somewhere else before coming to play the games
I think you should have two days a week where the games are half-priced. It seems like the price of a game on a normal day has gone up. Should have happy hour food specials also.
Great experience and the servers hustle as much as they can. However, they always seem to have too many tables that are physically far apart and they are hindered from doing their best as hard as they try.
We had a group for a birthday part of 18. Mixed with kids from 1-8 years old (total of 5 kids) and the rest adults 30 and over. We arrived early and was accommodated when there was about 10 of us already present. Up to there and our order being taken was no complaints. The host was kind enough to place us in the middle of the dining room to have views of TVs for the game at 1:30pm. However, one of the main screens was not working. We were told they were working on it to get on. Which was fine since there were plenty of TVs but the big screen would have been great since it was right there. Our server Anthony/Tony was not very attentive once our orders arrived. He hardly smiled or seemed to want to attend to us. I had to wave him down from across the room a few times. We even have a photo of him leaning on his elbow watching TV with his back towards us. When one of us asked for water to be refilled, instead of asking or seeing if anyone else in our party of 18 needed refills also, we all had to ask him instead. When we asked for boxes to go, again, he didn't ask if anyone else needed any boxes, so we all just took in upon ourselves to tell him we needed more. When it was time to get the check, we had a split checks for the big party, but he couldn't accomodate a military discount by making it a different check for that particular family. We also had to tell him if he just asked which people were going to be on the same check it would make things easier. Instead he printed individual checks for everyone. I know we were a big party, but he either should have had help if he couldn't handle our party size (two servers instead of just him) or he should realize we needed more attention than a regular sized table. We would have left the table sooner to allow more guests to dine, but instead we did a lot of waiting because we needed drink refills and boxes and sorting out the checks.
Everything was great. Service was amazing, food great! The bathrooms were very dirty though. There was tissue everywhere on the floor, the toilets were dirty with urine on the toilet seats and water everywhere. The bathrooms need to be updated soon. Wouldnt want to use those bathrooms again.
The midway area servers were nowhere to be found. The woman’s bathroom looked as if they were repairing and painting. You could smell the paint but no signs were up.
The bathroom was horrible. It should have been closed down. Looks like they were painting.
