    The hostess had to buss tables, run around to see what tables were available and wait o. Folks needing a table!.too extreme! Hire more people! Fun times in Midway!
    I think dave and busters is an amazing place to have fun and eat . Our server dan the man is a great server . We are definitely coming back.
    So this was my first time to D&B I have to say I loved it. It was just as fun as the TV makes it out to be the food was really good everything came nice and hot we got pepperoni pretzel pull aparts. The server was awesome any questions we had he answered them he made some food recommendations. All in all me and my family had a great time being here me and my family will be back very very soon the one I went to was at white marsh mall in MD.
    Although the children were excited and running everywhere, my waitress Courtney was the highlight of our visit to Dave and Busters. She was very much attentive and always on time with anything my family and I needed. We will definitely be back to this location.

    New to the Baltimore area - From SC and normally go to the D&B in concord mills. Ever since we’ve been coming to the Baltimore location we try to get Isaih, he was AMAZING the first time we had him and nothing has changed. Thanks Isaih for always making our experience a great one!!
    The only issue would be that if there’s a game sitting there for months either make sure it’s worikg or get rid of it and replace it. Although I noticed that at Arundel Mills the Rockem Sockem Robot game has been broken for months now. The White Marsh location is good so far. Other than that, no complaints at all.
    The front desk was not very friendly - nor were they informative on what package we should purchase. They spent more time talking to each other than helping the customers in line. Our server was excellent but the food took an extremely long time to get to our table. The Midway was excellent except some of the machines were having trouble taking the power cards but as soon as someone said something - a team member was available to help which was great. Really like that children under 18 need to be supervised by an adult. Overll was a good experience! Our server was very attentive and kept our drinks filled and answered all of our questions. She came to our table multiple times to make sure we were good.
    This was my first visit to D&B and will probably be my last visit. We waited in line and bought two power cards. Played games first, then we wanted to try the food. Waited like 20 minutes to get only 3 drinks and there was 4 of us. Waited another 20 minutes for the last drink to come. Our shared appetizer came like 30 minutes after but we had no plates and we were missing two sets of utenzil. Asked like 5 different waiters to help us get some plates and forks. Our waitress was no where around. I ordered the steak and shrimp alfredo, which the steak was cooked incorrectly. So I sent it back, in the meantime I shared the appetizer with the others. Asked for our check, which took like an hour to get. The check came and it was incorrect. Showed waitess that the check was wrong, waited another 30 minutes for a new check. Then just before the check came my food that I sent back came. I was very unsatified with the entire dining experience. In my opinion my entire bill should have been free and the should give me the opportunity to come back again for a new dining experience on D&B.
