I love playing the derby owners world edition at our local DNB. It's the primary reason I attend.
Hope to find the drink for kids next visit! We left very thirsty!
I had a lot of fun at your establishment. I had a free app coupon that I used and the waiter was helpful, even when I couldn't find the coupon in my email anymore. Food was good, was shocked at the calorie intake of the items, lol. I enjoyed my time in the gaming area, the bartender guy really helped me when y card didn't work at first. I was able to use my free $10 play card at the front desk with ease. The prices of the games were a little high, guess ill need to go on a Wednesday when its half price. The selection of prizes was good, I didn't have enough tickets for anything I wanted. My only gripe is that the closest D&B is in Duluth and I live in Macon, so its out the way to get there, but I did have fun. It makes me want to go there whenever im in the area.
Jennifer at the kiosk was very nice and polite.
Vanessa was more than friendly, she made me feel welcomed!! She's a great server and attendance was great.
Please have a way to shut down a game when it is not working properly. We had issues with multiple games that we swiped 2 or more times and lost credits but the game did not do anything so the credits were lost.
This visit was primarily to recharge cards while in the area however I decided to play a few games while there. It was quite different to be in the Midway during lunch hour on a business day with very few patrons. The whole place seemed to shine and sparkle! I think the Duluth, GA store is well run from my perspective and the only issues I ever have is when there are a large number of patrons. The problems I most often observe when it is busy is that a) main bar food/drink service can be slow or unpredictable b) the Midway Bar is always under-staffed to provide service drinks, patrons sitting at the bar to eat/drink, and walk-up patrons and c) recharging Power Cards can take a long time. It is frustrating to be unable to purchase a beer without having to wait from 5-15 minutes. Recharging a Power Card can take up to 20 minutes at the front desk and can easily take 5-10 minutes to use a kiosk. The last comment is that a draft beer should not cost $5+ ... It's ridiculous to have to pay almost $6 when the tax is included.....as a walk-up customer I like to leave a tip and it doesn't seem right to charge that much. I feel like I'm a captive audience and have no choice - other than not drink a beer and not visit at all.
parmazon chicken is more like hockey puck need lunch menu all food is overpriced
The service and place is amazing. I love visiting that place.
