    Manager service is the best ever in any bar every been too especially in mission valley
    Frankie definitely blew me away with his great friendly service
    I would look for a worker like Allen. He is kind, attentive and speedy. He works with a smile and gives the feel like he's having fun and not working.

    No surprise here, another 5 star experience at my local Dave and Busters. I was lucky enough to have a different bar tender by the name of Danielle and she was amazing! Even for a Monday night they were pretty busy and she was all over the place taking care of customers but was very fast, friendly and continuously checking on me. That’s good customer service in my book
    We spent a lot of time playing games, but the appetizers were delicious. It was lots of fun on the game floor however and we will definitely be back!
    I went to refill my power card I visit dave and busters every week. I had a 20 for 20 coupon and the mix master swiped my card before scanning the coupon and I had to pay full price when I had a coupon. mix master said that there would be nothing they could do and no credits could be issued because the transaction had already been closed. I asked for a refund to use the coupon and she said no. I was very displeased with this and frustrated being that my family spends a lot of money at this establishment and I wasn't even granted a small credit for the employees mistake.
    We arrived and there was no hostess on duty. A waiter approached and told us they were short staffed and it was "crazy". We waited a reasonable period of time. Our waitress (Ashley *****) brought us to the table and took our drink orders and an order for our appetizer. Later she returned with our drinks and took our orders for our meals. That was the end of good service and after this it was down hill. Our kids (age 2 & 5) were hungry and we continued to assure them the appetizer would be out any minute. The food was taking forever but we knew that if the appetizer (tater tots) would arrive they'd settle down and make the experience more pleasant. For a long time we were left unattended. Our two soft drinks needed to be refilled, there was no appetizer still or food. Eventually I had to get the waitress attention to get refills. She took the glasses and returned the wrong glasses to the wrong person. She just placed them down quickly on the table with no apology for the delay on refills or appetizer. Then she left and we still waited with restless kids. Finally after a long wait she appeared with food but no appetizer. Where was the appetizer? No explanation. No apology. My wife just told her to remove the appetizer from the ticket and the waitress just replied with "Ok". No apologies. No explanation. What is happening here? I was receiving service like I was at Burger King. We told her specifically not to put celery and there was celery. She either wasn't paying attention or wasn't checking the orders. Again our soft drinks needed to be refilled and we had to wait. The check took a long time to arrive. I sent my family to the game room to play and I waited at the table by myself for a long time. No manager visited our table. And no one asked how our evening was. I would have told them it was unsatisfactory if they did. Overall I paid $60 to take my family to a quality meal and fun evening and it started out completely stressful and miserable. Thankfully the bartender was excellent so I could have a beer to calm down after an unpleasant meal.

    Well the winner's circle, the employees need to be more customer friendly. when I was at the winner's circle the employee was either on their phone and not paying attention to what was going on in that area. When I got the register they made it seem like it was an inconvenience for me to be there and interrupt what they were doing. Being the nice person that I am I was ***** that I was treated that way. I askedthem how their day was and thanked them for their help but still got attitude. So I figured I would pass this feedback to staff/management of DnB. If there is an issue again I will request to speak to a manager.
