We came with a big party on a Monday, for a birthday, it was great. Our server was awesome however the people behind the bar where not very nice, seemed very disconnected with the bar. They had friends they were catering too. The manager kept talking to only a certain group of guys. Never stopped by to see how we were doing, thank goodness our server was great. Its only our 3rd time being here. Having the games on the TV helped! Very attentive and personable! Loved her and drink suggestions!
Matty is sooooo awesome. I can't say enough good about him. Always trying to get him to come work with meee😘😘😘
Matthew was great. We got all our drinks and food in a timely manner. I would kiss him
It would be nice if there were more of each prize available in the glass case of the winners circle. Otherwise no complaints
Lindsey was the bartender very nice and helpful and sofia was front desk and took great care for my powerxcqrds!
I come in every Tuesday to chill with Mary. She’s friendly and awesome to talk to even when she’s super busy she makes time for all her guest. Food always comes out hot and “picture perfect” as Mary would say.
I always have the BEST service when I come here! Matt is simply the best and an absolute pleasure!
My main reason for completing this survey is because on the day we visited the Midway area my daughter sustained a minor injury in the gift center. While searching for something to purchase with her tickets she came in contact with a plastic display sign attached to a display shelf. The plastic sign caused a minor laceration to my daughters left thigh approximately 1 and 1/2 inches in size. The injury drew blood. My daughter alerted me of her accident and told how and where it occurred. I then directed my wife to speak to the associate manning the gift center. A manager in training responded and merely provided my daughter a band aide. I was not present at the time, so when I heard what took place I requested to speak to the manager in training to better understand DnB's best practice when it comes to injuries involving customers. The manager on duty responded to the gift center and at first I was pretty heated. I asked him what exactly was DnB's policy regarding injuries/accidents involving customers. I reviewed my daughters incident and showed the manager the signage that caused the laceration. The manager claimed he recorded my wife and daughters name and advised me the incident had been recorded. I asked the manager in training why did he not feel a more detailed accident report was needed. Per the manager he claimed he had the information he needed and the incident was recorded and filed away. I then asked him if he had my contact number to which he replied no he did not. I informed the manager in training that I work for a business that take all potential accidents/injuries to customers/employees very serious and I would appreciate it if he and DnB did the same thing. The manager on duty asked my if I wanted to do an incident report. I told him yes I do. The fact that the manager on duty disregarded the incident report just blew me away. My 9 year old daughter did not look for an opportunity to sustain an injury at the place she chose to spend her spring break. The total lack of concern and professionalism displayed by this so call manager in training was a joke. I had to force feed that guy on how to properly take care of a valued customer. To top it off the manager in training clearly had no clue how to properly record the incident. The manager in training left me to retrieve the documents needed to complete the report. He first bragged about how intense the procedure would be. I told the manager in training I did not mind the time. My ultimate goal was to make sure that the incident itself was recorded just in case my daughter sustained something serious from her visit. The manager in training would later return to us with a small piece of paper. Not official documents. A small piece of paper which he used to record my name, my daughters name/age, and my contact number. The manager in training claimed DnB's reports are now all digital and it would take time to gather the resources needed to record the incident. He claimed he already had the details he only needed our names and contact info. Before wrapping up the manager on duty admitted that my daughter was not the first to receive an injury from the plastic signage. The manager in training claimed he too was injured by the signage at one point. Not a good idea to have signage on the floor that continues to injury employees and customers don't you think? In the end I am not happy with the manager in training and his lack of concern for my daughter and the situation. He is a reflection of what DnB is all about. Not good.
