Remeez was an amazing server. Very friendly and kind.
As my sons and I entered we were greeted by James who was friendly and inviting. After playing games for a while we decided it was time to eat and we’re greeted by the host Danae who sat us with Destinee. She was very prompt at getting our food and drink orders out in and out to us. While eating we were also greeted by a manager named Charlie that asked how we were doing?, if we needed anything?
Everthing was good evcept waitress didnt visit us often to check on us
A little more variety in the sports. We were watching an mma fight when it was changed so that all the tv’s were on baseball and basketball
Everything was great, can't wait to come back again.
Great service, great food, great games. Will return soon!
Never saw any type of security walking around the arcade or restrooms.
Had excellent service by out waiter Jayson. From the time we checked in at the host stand to being seated and throughout our dining experience.
While the 3 kids played the games they fared well and got some decent prizes. the cost of credits to play one game were a bit high in my opinion and the cards don''t last too long. they apps we ordered at the sport bar were a joke. the skaters were so small as well as the order of fries. the portions were way too small . if it wasn't for the half off happy hour the drinks would be overpriced. also watching a game is no fun when there is no sound or even any closed caption activated on the tv sets. it totally loses your interest in watching especially a baseball game with no sound effects or subtitles at all. I took the kids there for the novelty but it is frankly very expensive when you have a lot of kids with you. so i don't think we would be going there on a regular basis.the games are very modern and prize redemption is so high tech to avoid long waits. that was impressive. t
The checkout process for redeeming tickets has a lot of room for improvement in terms of efficiency. I choose one Mashem Superhero Toy, and an almost identical Mashem My Little Pony Toy (Case shape and company are identical, with the only difference being one had a superhero inside, the other a My Little Pony). I was anticipated that the checkout staff only needed to scan the UPC codes on the items, however, she had to look up the items in a binder. This took a minute for the 1st item, but then 2-3 minutes for the 2nd item which wasn't listed as a "Mashem", but rather under "My Little Pony". I'd recommend that the UPC codes of each item is entered into the computer system with the associated ticket value. Then the checkout process that took 3-4 minutes would likely take 5 seconds to scan item #1, 5 seconds to scan item #2, 5 seconds to complete the transaction.
