    We have been to Dave and Buster's and we will say this is extra ordinary as it is our daughter's birthday. We have been acknowledged and greeted by the hostess. Our server Maria has been accomodating too. The one thing that we liked most is that their manager Alex visited us, checking if everything was alright, if we are satisfied with all the service.

    Servers are very informative and helpful. The atmosphere is family friendly , the games are great and super fun! The location is perfect next to the mall , a lot of Parking . Will be coming back soon! The coupons are the best as well.

    This place was awesome. I will be back very soon. It was very clean and staff was friendly. My son is nine years old and he was able to enjoy himself as well. So if my kid has fun as well as me. It's a win win.

    First visit to Dave & busters at serramonte. Door staff was very informative and helpful. Once at the bar, our drinks were made quickly and Ronnie was very attentive, even walking around the bar to wipe off the table for us! Seriously, as many people seemed to be around, he took an extra second to make us feel welcome and attended to. He explained how the game floor works and we couldn't have been happier! Will definitely visit again!

    the rockem sockem red robots arm was hanging took tech almost an hour to fix arm . then gave NO credits to customers playing the broken red robot. found if you move the control of either robot too fast & bump the other robot. Your Robots Head pops Up & YOU LOSE!! Bad design this should Be fixed Immediately. When & if I go to Daly city again I bet your Robots head pops up when moved fast!. If it still does it. You must Hire me as a tech and I will fix the Robots so that the poor costumer doesnt have to lose unfairly. the retired BARTMAN will be happy to fix all your game problems. On july 12th 50% of the games were out. The Simpsons Soccer game. 1 of the football challenge games. the miners spinner game where I win 600 tickets for 7 games. I went to get on of the tristars signed helmets for 16000 tickets. A nice manager told me I could not have the one of the two tristar helmet boxes in the display for some reason. It was nothing but broken machines. Turn down the sound on the Rambo shooting game its way too loud.....
