Appetizer portions need to match the pictures in the menu. More bartenders when bar gets busy; long wait times when bartender is alone.

Very nice place. I will be visiting , often. The food was good, not great, but good. About 10% higher then other local restaurants, but not bad considering the available activities. I did not play on this trip, but will on future trips. Wait staff and bartenders were fantastic. Management was nice and attentive. Management welcomed me into the building. Followed-up to see if everything was OK, and got me the wireless code. Restrooms were clean, no smell, well stocked. One thing I don't like is the little prompt that pops up when I type comments.

Disappointed. First visit with out of state relatives was great. Middle of the week. Food was fantastic. Today at 2:00 on Saturday, Not very busy. The Philly hamburger was very disappointing. The hamburger was a little over done - no big deal. Ordered MR and it came out closer to medium well. There may have been an ounce of philly beef on top of the cheese - no onions, peppers, or mushrooms. Had to ask for them. My wife had the Philly sandwich and asked for double the vegetables. Again there was next to no beef and a lot of mushrooms and onions - no peppers. Both sandwiches looked anemic compared to the menu and to the photos taken a couple of weeks ago at our first visit. Since it's new, I guess they thought they were putting too much beef on the sandwiches. If that's the case, you should change the picture on the menu and on line. The waiter "lost track" of us twice and we were next to the bar.

I would recommend individual ticket purchase through the winner circle (for those off by a few tickets <10) to get prizes

We have eaten at this new DnB's 3 times now. All 3 times the wait has been incredibly long for each step - getting seated, having a waitress get our drink order, getting our food in a timely manner, appetizers coming out with the main course, asking for napkins (expecting the cloth ones) and only getting the beverage napkins (2 separate occasions), getting refills, getting our check, etc... We had different servers all 3 times, so it's not just one person, it's everyone as far as I can tell. And for the price of the food you charge, it's expected to have good service. We actually have decided that we will eat at a different restaurant, and just come to DnB's for drinks and games on our date nights. We looked at the menu online before we arrived, and everything we actually wanted was not available on the Rogers menu; so that was a little disappointing. We also asked if we were supposed to give our server our Power Card to put "points" or whatever on, when we were done eating/ready to pay. He said no, that they don't do that, but promotional emails I get from you say you do. I know it's a new place, and kinks might need to be worked out, but the whole restaurant side and front desk side need A LOT of training. Just getting anyone's attention that we're there is one of the most frustrating parts. I will also add, the price of games are a bit high. We can play more at FastLanes down the street with our family for cheaper. So we keep DnB's as our date night without the kids, just for fun. If the games were cheaper, we'd probably come more often, and with the whole family. All in all, my husband and I will come back for sure. It's a super fun atmosphere, we love getting to carry our drinks around and compete against each other. And we're saving up our tickets for a big prize! There are just a few things that really take away from the experience as a whole, and I'd love to see those addressed in the near future!
