I said twice what I did not want on my meal and it was still put on my meal.
The two girls wearing black shirts were very unfriendly. They served much smaller portions than previous visits. I frequent this restaurant often and had not been treated this coldly in the past. The quality of the food tasted great. The presentation and delivery were not. They spilled our salad on accident
Spanish lady was super nice and made you feel welcome.
    Really good and excellent service
We love Miranda!! We used to go to cafe Rio every day but decider to try out Costa vida. We mentioned we liked their pork burrito special and Miranda told us she would give us the pork burrito as a special any time we came in as long as we don't go to cafe rio anymore. Way better deal considering Costa vida food is so much better. Thanks Miranda!
We were on vacation this weekend. I was super disappointed in the experience that we had at this location. When I went up to the counter I asked for a wheat tortilla, they told me they didn't make any for the day. Second the black beans were practically gone.. he didn't even fill the whole spoon. Next my salad was sent off. They next boy was dishing up my salad when the salad had been out he grabbed the bucket from underneath the counter and dumped the whole thing into the salad box. The salad was mostly water.. I totally understand a little but this was a TON!! The people in line with me all were thinking the same thing. He then went on and added the rest of my toppings and did not put chips on it. Not sure if he spaces or what. I then had to ask for chips. The nasty part about this whole experience was there was a girl that you could see through the double doors in a bra and tank-top. It was sooo gross!! She was back there prepping food while the other boy was throwing the salad in the bin and then while she was back there she literally had no gloves or hair cap and I watched her fix her hair and then work with food again. The boy who did the salad prep threw the plastic bin towards the back door almost tripping the boy carrying the trays. He seriously almost got seriously hurt. After getting to the end to pay. The dinning room was a mess the drink area was sticky and gross. I mean the whole experience was a nightmare. Then eating our salad's my whole family of four, we ended up only eating half it because the whole thing was watered down by our watered salad. It was not even close to being good like it is in salt lake. Overall we were completely disappointed in our whole experience here.
The cashier was not sure how to apply the code from the costa vida app and another employee came over and helped her. He was kind and patient. Great workers!
All the employees were in the back room except for one that was working the counter not very efficient
One staff member was so sweet
Kaylene was very attentive to my dietary needs. Abby, the cashier, was very friendly and had a great smile!!
