Accommodating to special requests. Friendly and fast.
I ordered the regular size salad today. For a salad there was a shockingly stingy amount of lettuce on it. When asked if I want everything on it I stated I didn’t want pico. Generally I get cilantro and lime with my salads as well as the chip strips and guacamole. Today I wasn’t offered the cilantro or lime. The gal seemed distracted and like she didn’t particularly want to serve anyone. I hate paying people to feel like I’m an imposition. This isn’t the first time I’ve had less than stellar service at this location. And because it’s always been that way when I am somewhere given the choice between cafe rio or costa vida I always pick cafe rio. Their locations all seem fun and vibrant. Not to mention they give a discount to first responders. A treat I always find most pleasant. Next time I’ll skip coming here and instead drive through taco bel across the street.
    Great Service
Pico was added to my nachos without me wanting it. Instead of receiving a new border, the pico was just scraped off into the trash. Some pico still remained. I would have preferred a new order.
Wendy was very efficient in making our order. I've been to several Costa Vidas around the state, and Richfield is the best location, hands down.
I am dissatisfied with my recent experience because I ordered a salad that I did not want rice beans or guacamole on but the cashier charged me for the small extra scoop of pico that I asked for. When I asked why I was charged for it even though I have never been charged for it before the cashier was rude to me. I would think that not having rice beans or guacamole that I could trade one of those for the extra little bit of pico I received without charge. Considering I would think those items are more expensive than tomato. This is not the first dissatisfied experience with her. The last time I went to eat there I got home and she had charged me for a bunch of extra sides I did not order.
The service was so fast and there didn't even seem to be many employees there, I was impressed.
    Staff were very good
The cashier Drayton didn't have a hair net. Kinda gross. His hair could still possibly get in my food because it's hanging out all over :( I even heard people at the next table talking about him as well. Other than that, food was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely come back. Hopefully next time he'll have better grooming! :)
