Great place to take the family for lunch. Something for everyone.
wife order a quasedilla, staff wanted to give her enchilades, 3 times we told them. With a quasedilla the beans should be in a container, on the tin and the juice gets the tortilla wet. we used to get a little extra beans when rice is not needed, this did not happen. Soda machine needs to be recalibrated, Too much fizz and no syrup. In the years we have been going to Costa Vida, not once has the staff come out and said "how is everything?" or even a single word once we leave the line. The staff still needs to be train to scoop the hot food from the bottom of the pan, the food on top is cooler, I have brought this up every time I wrote to you. Either you do not read these or it is not important to you. Thank you
My daughters and I became fans of Costa Vida a few years ago after discovering a restaurant in Elko, NV. We live 100 miles from the Reno & Sparks restaurants, but will often eat there (out of all the other choices that are present) due to the fresh, great tasting food. Service is always friendly, the restaurants are clean and inviting, and we leave happy. We have recommended this chain to friends and family and made "Costa Vida Addicts" out of them too.
When you check it out depends on what day you come prices are different than what you've paid prior and the staff is not very nice and I think they overcharge me .
    Great service and food.
    Clean staff.
    Manager looked like trash.
The staff was not very concerned about my needs as a customer. Out of everyone there I was the most impressed with Abraham. He was at the register and I wish he would have been the one taking my order. He was polite and treated me how I wanted to be treated as a customer. I was very disappointed by Sonya. She was rude and was not attentive to my needs.
The place was empty, we were not greeted like we usually are. Tonight wasn't the usual atmosphere, seemed like we were at the Sparks restaurant. The young lady who made the 2 enchiladas didn't make it like we usually get. Less sauce, less cheese, the overall appearance of the entree was like your cutting back. Disappointed.
Food all over the floor, dirty tables, very few servers, hard to understand their words, long line, beverage area a mess, worst mess yet I've seen here!
