    The guy was new but did an excellent job with my order and everything was correct.
    My food order was not correct. I couldn't hear the staff. The resturaunt was freezing.

    I visit regularly and I have noticed in general when it is busy staff skimp on the portion sizes. Busy or not these should be the same. I would of hated to be the customer next to me as his burrito was tiny. When we called to complain the manager was disinterested.
    Let me tell you about my experience. I waited in line for 45 minutes before I was even seen, then it took an extra ten minutes to make my food. LIZZY, on of the employees, was super rude! Not only to me, but to her fellow employees as well! She took way to long to grab food, and when asked for help she screamed at another employee! Definitely not what I expected from a restaurant that has always been kind. Thankfully RYAN, another employee, knew what he was doing. He was funny and friendly and if it wasn't for him this experience would have been awful. Unfortunately, Ryan only took care of the first part of my order, then LIZZY took care of the rest. This is where things went down hill. She forgot the second half of my order and didn't even ask if I needed anything else. She grabbed my food from the warmer, placed it on the table, and then stood around as if she didn't know what to do. Poor Ryan asked for her help and that's when she screamed at him that she wasn't "qualified" or something so he just went back to his business attending the long line behind us. My suggestion? FIRE Lizzy!! Even the other employees, like our friendly cashier Jason, knew that she was bad news. I will walk out the door next time I see LIZZY at the counter. Thank you Ryan and Jason for your friendliness! Especially Ryan! You were fantastic!
    It took much longer than it should have for us to be served. We also spent several minutes at the register waiting for an employee to help us.
