Jason helped me navigate through the Costa Vida app on my phone, while Lee and the line team helped me craft my Chicken Baja bowl the way I like it. Everything was delicious!!!
It was great and I thurougly enjoyed my meal
The staff was pleasant. We both ordered the chicken burrito special. My burrito had very little chicken while my wife’s was loaded. I think the difference was a trainee made mine by herself while the other burrito was made by a seasoned crew member.
Had to wait over 15 minutes to get our food. During the prep we were unaware that you could get the burrito smothered so we only had queso on the inside not in the outside or extra shredded cheese. Also we were kind of rushed and didn't get to put sour cream in top of the burrito
I didn’t see her name, but the First Lady that started putting together my burrito was super nice! and I enjoyed my food as always. Def coming back.
Was good service and the food was great
As I mentioned in my earlier comment, this place is either mismanaged or under trained. Every time I visit something is wrong, either my online order isn't started after 30 mins or things are missing from my order. My first three visits were all dine in, I ordered the exact same thing and it came out different all three times. Today I ordered online, I learned my lesson last time and was sure to grab silverware and napkins however seeing that there was not a single customer in the store I figured my food would be correctly made and it is not. It is missing red enchilada sauce, melted cheese, sour cream and pico. They missed 75% of the meal, the receipt clearly states red endilida, flour tortilla, pinto beans, sour cream it doesn't say anything about deviating from the standard way the meal should be dressed. Maybe I should inspect all my food before leaving but if I walk into an empty restaurant I should be able to safely assume my order is correct. The food is good here but the staff can't seem to get out if its own way. I'm not sure I'll give it one last chance but their issues need to be addressed because there are a lot of places to eat lunch near by and judging by the emptiness of the restaurant they need some imput
One of the servers was difficult about providing an extra scoop of rice/beans to my burritos. Then gave me difficulty when I asked for extra toppings. He wasn't very kind.
    Everything was wonderful.
