I wish the staff would wear their name tags. When new people come on, I don't know their names, sonI can't give them props. Everyone is super kind and friendly, though. We really like the staff as well as the food.
    It was good
They worked hard to serve everyone quickly and efficiently when there was a long line.
A nice older woman greeted me and my son as we came in, she also carried my tray to the table. The cashier corrected the minor problem with my tacos, I had asked for lettuce instead of cabbage. Staff did a great job preparing dairy free fish tacos for me.
I'm a tough critic. It's hard to receive exceptional. This is your average run of the mill fast food Mexican. Not authentic, but good and affordable. Good food for the price you pay.
Love this place! Great food and service!
I visited Cafe Rio a month or so ago. I was particularly craving your (Costa Vida) sweet pork nachos and because your store was not close I decided to give Cafe Rio'a a try. I was disappointed to discover their lack of queso with their nachos. I'd person t like to thankyou for rembering the queso tonight. Much love. #thankyouforlovingquesoasmuchasido #onlycostafromhereonout
Quicker during the receiving of food
We are retired and try to come each Wednesday because that is our favorite "special." The workers are always friendly and go out of their way to help us. Most of them even know what we will order ahead of time, which makes us smile. Today Amanda served us perfectly. Jacob was cleaning in the dining room and paused to chat. Penny wasn't there today but she always stops by to check on us and chat.
This is my favorite place to eat since I moved to Colorado last year. The burritos are amazing and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I come at least once a week.
