Better attitude from staff would have improved it greatly
    Spicier sauce that isn't sweet
I've been ordering take out for lunch from this new Colorado Springs location since you guys opened. I work fairly close to this location and my husband works right in between my work and your location. The past 4-6 weeks our order has continued to be incorrect, with a short time frame, it's hard to come back to the restaurant to have food fixed, or to wait for it to be remade, when it's incorrect. My husband and I get a meal each and even pickup for co -workers sometimes, so we spend $20-30 there a week. At this point his nachos and my salad or bowl have been incorrectly made the last 4/6 times. I may have to go back to Qdoba, which I enjoy far less than Costa Vida! I explain my order the same over the phone each time. My husband's food has to be made 'to go': chips seperate/meat,beans,cheese melted together/then sour cream, pico and guac seperated. For a while it came out perfectly as I picked it up, then as time goes on it continues to be messed up. Today for example the chips were seperate, but then everything else was together (Meat, beans, cheese, sour cream, pico, and guac), melting and gross. I have to drive it to him from your store, he works at Oracle so it's about 5 minutes. In that time, the food is not very good when mixed together like that. Sometimes it has been the meat, beans, and cheese are on the chips, then are very soggy by the time her gets to eat them. I work for a college, and am able to get food and take it to him, then come back to work. We do this 2 times a week, and have made your restaurant the one we go to each week, because my husband loves your nachos, and I'm 'keto' which you have great options for! After today and the continued mistakes, that will be changing.
If the chicken were properly cooked and tasted amazing like normal. If the queso was hot. If Penny still worked here.
    Everyone did a great job!
They helped me to order what I wanted.
It was good to eat fast and get food fast yum this survey is redundant
My overall experience was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite. The food was alright
I had a great experience, they just forgot my side order of tortillas. But I was not charged for them so I was not upset about the issue
I think that having a better variety of entrees to chose from would be great. It seemed like it was only up to burritos and enchiladas that got advertising.
