Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is a family-owned company that offers guests an authentic Southern-inspired dining experience. Known for making food the old-fashioned way, Biscuitville uses fresh, authentic ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, and is known for its genuine Southern hospitality. The company was founded in 1966 when owner Maurice Jennings opened two pizza restaurants in Burlington. After several years, the company added signature, made-from-scratch biscuits to its menu that were so well received, business boomed and the Biscuitville brand evolved. In 2014, the company expanded its lunch menu to include fresh-made sandwiches and sides, now available at all Triad locations and rolling out to other locations by the end of 2016. Today, Biscuitville employs over 900 people and operates 54 restaurants in North Carolina and Virginia. Biscuitville serves breakfast all day from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and offers a lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all Triad locations. For more information, visit

I always ask for "hot out of the oven" biscuits. Today it was even hot. It seems that the employees do not listen. Also your sausage patties are full of fat, not even close to what the quality used to be.
Staff is always pleasant at this location.
With the new remodel to this particular Biscuitville I noticed that the only TV is hard to see with the obstructions in place. A 2nd TV should be placed on the other side of the store for viewing.
I was told by the order taker that your company doesn't accept more than 2 separate orders at the drive thru.
This Biscuitville location is being remodeled but you would think that the manager would direct the store staff and the construction staff to see that the area where customers are eating is clean. The tables, seats and floors are dusty and the air vents are dusty.I had to leave the building as i have a breathing problem.I just know that this is not how Biscuitville locations are because I have been a customer for almost 41 years(coffee cup holder and free coffee for life)! Thank you.Ron Murray *****.
    Very friendly and efficient!
Summer was very nice and helpful.
    Fried okra was very tasty
I had the 50th anniversary coupon so I went to this location as it is closest to my job. I did not, my mistake, tell the cashier I had the coupon until I got to the window. When the cashier told her shift leader, because she needed to swipe her card, the "leader" proceeded to say, with the window open, "I'm not doing this. If they don't tell me they have a coupon, they ain't getting it." Now normally I would have shaken this rudeness off; however, I worked at Biscuitville for almost 9 years and I KNOW this is not how they teach you to treat your GUESTS. It was rude, distasteful, and she definitely was not leading by example....which I know the value of as I was also a Shift Leader for this company to which this individual is NOT a representation of.
This location and the one on West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro are my favorites.
