Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERNĀ® is a family-owned company that offers guests an authentic Southern-inspired dining experience. Known for making food the old-fashioned way, Biscuitville uses fresh, authentic ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, and is known for its genuine Southern hospitality. The company was founded in 1966 when owner Maurice Jennings opened two pizza restaurants in Burlington. After several years, the company added signature, made-from-scratch biscuits to its menu that were so well received, business boomed and the Biscuitville brand evolved. In 2014, the company expanded its lunch menu to include fresh-made sandwiches and sides, now available at all Triad locations and rolling out to other locations by the end of 2016. Today, Biscuitville employs over 900 people and operates 54 restaurants in North Carolina and Virginia. Biscuitville serves breakfast all day from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and offers a lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all Triad locations. For more information, visit

The staff is very nice and helpful. Someone most always stops by to ask if everything is ok and "can I get you anything".Food is great!

Freshness and quality of the food.
Cashier was talking to other employees while trying to take orders. The customers kept interrupting her obviously more important conversation and seemed to be in her way. This is not a usual habit of other Biscuitville stores.
    staff very friendly

Once I got home, I discovered that the ice tea cup was split and was spilling in my car cup holder. I poured it out and returned to the drive thru to explain what I had been given. The immediate response from Biscuitville was that " we do not generally give out split cups". I offered to come inside and bring the cup to show them, but was told to drive around and a cup of tea would be waiting for me. I gave the damaged cup to the agent at the drive thru. I was appalled that neither agent at the drive thru offered an apology; so unlike customer service that I would have expected from this location as I make weekly stops here and the staff is generally, exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I was truly disappointed today.
Drive-thru could be a lot more efficient in reference to speed...the time of the morning that I visit is usually busy but the staffing is not adaquate at is not just this location (others are the same way)...nothing would ever be perfect but if changes can be made, it would be greatly appreciated...
The cashier Jamira(name on receipt) did an amazing job at greeting me and repeating my order to make sure it correct. Although my muffin wasn't fully cooked it still tasted delicious and my fries were hot amd fresh!
