Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is a family-owned company that offers guests an authentic Southern-inspired dining experience. Known for making food the old-fashioned way, Biscuitville uses fresh, authentic ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, and is known for its genuine Southern hospitality. The company was founded in 1966 when owner Maurice Jennings opened two pizza restaurants in Burlington. After several years, the company added signature, made-from-scratch biscuits to its menu that were so well received, business boomed and the Biscuitville brand evolved. In 2014, the company expanded its lunch menu to include fresh-made sandwiches and sides, now available at all Triad locations and rolling out to other locations by the end of 2016. Today, Biscuitville employs over 900 people and operates 54 restaurants in North Carolina and Virginia. Biscuitville serves breakfast all day from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and offers a lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all Triad locations. For more information, visit

Always a notch above the competition. Friendly staff and good food.
    good food and friendly staff.
I ordered 2 pancake platters and a chicken club biscuit. I did not order 2 plates of eggs with hashbrowns, and a plain chicken biscuit. I normally do not raise an issue if I am not given exactly what I ordered, but for the staff to ***** up the entire order, and charge me full price, I don't think I will be visiting Biscuitville any time soon, because I have never had a single issue with the Bojangles that is probably 200 yards away.
God is good all the time
My family & I usually eat from biscuitville every Saturday, the employees makes the place with their welcoming embrace! Out of all the years I've never seen such ignorance before to today, I don't know where this new manager come from, but he's s piece of work! There's a time and place for everything, to have a full blown argument with an employee in front of multiple customs, it definitely wasn't the time. Poor example for a leader! Biscuitville has to do better with management.
Food overall was very good. Hash browns had been sitting too long though, were not as fresh as usual. Still my favorite place for breakfast.
    Crew was so nice
I asked for my pancakes to be fresh when placing my order, and they employee repeated fresh back to me; once I arrived to the window they were done, which was odd to me because I have gotten fresh pancakes before. Once I got to my moms office( four-five minutes down the road) they were hard. I couldn't enjoy the eggs nor bacon because the pancakes were disgusting, I just threw it away. It was a hard choice inbetween Popeyes and biscuitville. Next time it will most definitely be Popeyes!
they were very nice a welcoming this was my first time going there and i loved it
