    The staff at and Welcomed my family and I as soon as we walked through the door, All the staff were being polite to my family and I and we got help right away by the amf staff and manager, I have a 3 month old and nenes to change him and there wasn’t any changing tables in either restrooms so the manager allowed me to change him in the party room and I think they was so kind of him to do so. ☺️
    Awesome service. Fun clean environment. Reasonable prices. Diverse.i really enjoyed my overall experience & I plan to come back this week.
    Hailie M. is a great asset to the company. She greeted us with a big wide smile. She was helpful, patient and offered superior customer service for our entire visit. I look forward to returning soon and hope to be assisted by Hailie.
    The team answered all the questions I had in detail. The staff was friendly and readily available to help out with any issues during the evening. For example on the lane next to my Lane, a pin shot out back up the lane, a staff member immediately rectify the issue.
    The manager, Rhonda, was fabulous in knowing how to manually input our eGift Cards when the other AMF didn't know how to. My only complaint is that they cranked the music up way too loud near the end of our bowling.

    I ordered my food at 1:16 pm and get my food at my table at 1:55. When i asked the reason for the delay, i was told that there was a birthday party order, and that i had to wait until they got their food. I don't think that this is fair on the part of AMF to make me wait 40 mins. The AMF needs to have sufficient staff to handle the holiday season. I don't think that customers have to be treated differently depending on the amount of money they spend at the bowling alley. The management is to be responsible ,and i do not blame the staff. .
