    From desk was friendly and helpful. We didn't order food, but the waitress still checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were doing OK.
    Stephanie was great at the desk. She greeted everyone in a friendly inviting manner. She provided details on the weekly specials and the Pinsiders Club. I did not know that was even a thing.
    The server Shaina F was extremely polite kind and very knowledgeable of all services offered at the AMF. Great customer service. She had a great smile and greeted us

    Services were done quick. Front desk was very respectful, and I felt like I was honored for being in the building. We had one call for the bowling machine and it was done in a timely manner. Food was quick as well.
    Marjorie showed excellent customer service by advising me of my league bowling benefits, as well as suggesting to practice on a pair of lanes instead of one lane.
    They need better servers.. WE have a league on MOnday night here at your alleys. The service is terrible.. When u order It takes 20 min to get a soda.. When the food is servered they bring no napkins and when u ask for them you never get them, You have to get them yourself.. When needing a refill on your drink you can ask but they never get it. Again you have to get it yourself.. Ask for a receipt for your food lol forget that too.. I did talk to the manager and he gave me a partial refund which I accepted but I did not want a refund just better customer service..
    I found the employees at this bowling alley to be a caliber above the rest!
    Tori was very helpful in helping us make drink decisions and told us what drinks were on special so we saved a few bucks.
    We love this AMF, but they could not figure out how to manually input our eGift Cards. They offered us a discount, which we greatly appreciated, and promised that they would call us back after figuring it out. I called to follow up, but they still did not get back with me. We ended up going to Sunset AMF where they knew how to manually input our eGift Cards.
