    I have to give a HUGE shout-out to the general manager, Jennifer O'Carroll. She was amazing in her service to our group. When I called to check on availability a few weeks ago, apparently I was speaking to the main headquarters. I decided not to make a reservation, but had given them the date and time (*****pm) that we wanted to come. When we arrived, the facility was not yet open. I called, Jen answered, and happily opened the facility an hour early for us. She was quite helpful in arranging tables, getting us beverages, shoes, lanes... and she did all of this with a huge smile, positive attitude, and a welcome to our group. I asked her for her card as I wanted to make sure that AMF is aware of what an outstanding manager she is to this facility. I have another bowling alley much closer to my home, but I can tell you now that I will choose this AMF facility the next time I choose to bowl because of Jen.

    Management Staff was very attentive to tables, without being over-bearing, and was very friendly. The staff seemed to be managing an almost full-house with a smile and attentive service - will be coming back soon!

    Honestly, my experience didn’t deserve top marks, bc it was *****- on a Saturday night, whoever is in charge decided that only two ill-fated human beings were needed to run the entire establishment- one behind the front desk, who was competent, efficient, and hustling her ***** off (thank you Tatiana, you dealt with 5 drunk people shouting at you with poise and grace) but the gold star goes to Victoria- this woman ran the only bar for the entire bowling alley BY HERSELF on a Saturday! Not even a busboy, this girl was changing her own kegs on her own, while being yelled at by customers for waiting to long, and all the while she kept a pleasant tone and a smile on her face. Fire whoever the manager is and give Victoria the job because at least she would understand and appreciate how screwed up it is to make a bartender work a solo shift on a Saturday night and pour beer for over one hundred people at once. Amf- dip into your shallow af pockets and hire at the bare minimum a bar back to run to the fridge to get pineapple juice for Victoria or carry bowling balls for Tatiana. You have genuinely kind, smart, hardworking employees that you are burning out, shame on you.
