    The lady behind the counter was very friendly and after going there for a while really started to get to know me and my family. Also the pretzels that we bought were fantastic. One small problem was the time it took to get the pretzels out. Lastly the free refills on soda is amazing and the alleys for me worked perfectly so far and the lanes were in good condition.

    Friendly customer service, always smiling even when there is a line going out the door and the bowling balls are not returning properly!
    Travis was very rude! I asked who could help out with the prize booth and he said that they were busy. I came back and another guy was telling him to tell me they were busy and I needed to wait I've been waiting and waited 25 mins to get bowling shoes. Travis was mouthy and rude to me and my son. He told my son it doesn't concern him when he asked what was wrong. He's 6 . No way to speak to kids or customers. Will NEVER come back. Your customer service and wait sucks!
    Everything was smooth - from check-in to food service.
    It's Thursday night (a weekday) between Christmas and New Years. It's probably unusually busy for a normal Thursday. However, it is a holiday weekend. I really felt as though the place was miserably understaffed. One waitress, a bartender (bar had one person sitting at it all night), maybe 2 cooks, one lady at the front desk, and probably ***** guests. First off, we waited about 45 minutes for a lane. Totally understandable, we didnt have a reservation and the lanes were all in use. We wanted food anyways, so we went to order food. It took an hour to get the food. When we did finally get the food, Almost all of the tables had previous guests drinks and food and hadn't been cleaned. My wife and I (her birthday) had to stand and eat at our lane for lack of table space (mind you no tables were being used currently). I have been to this establishment in the past and have had great service. I'm sure that it was probably due to an unexpected level of business. Everyone was very nice. Kudos to the waitress working because she was all over the place taking care of customers. I'm not looking for a handout and I will probably return in the future, but I work in a customer service industry and I like any feedback on which I can improve my service. So that's what I'm doing here now.
