Chonte and Mike were outstanding and we had the best time with them! :). They deserve a raise! Amazing service.
Jeremiah was very friendly and prompt when checking us in and out. He also assisted in putting up the bumpers. Our server, however, was awful. It took her 20 minutes to attend to our table after I had to flag her down. After another 20 minutes my husband had t get drinks from the manager(water and lemonade). Fast forward another 45 minutes and the waitress is still no where to be found and we had no food. No apology. We didn’t finish our game. At checkout the manager was aware of our dissatisfaction and offered no apology or acknowledgement of the poor service. Yet, she and another employee spent time standing around as other employees scrambled to cover the customers. Horrible. Not impressed.
Mad and frusturated is an understatement. I will probably not go back to a Bowlero for quite some time and if I do, I will not go back to the Bowlero in Centreville, VA. The customer service was some of the WORST I have ever experienced. Our server, Krystle K. clearly didn't want to be at work yesterday. She was exteremly slow and was constantly on her phone, chatting with co-workers, or eating instead of checking on her customers. We constantly had to ask for drinks and refills. At one my point, my husband and our friend walked up to the bar to order drinks and he asked for two Jack Daniel's on the rocks. He was told by the tall, skinny gentleman with glasses that they were out of Jack. My husband knew this wasn't true because he had had two of them earlier in the evening during happy hour. He was then told by the bartender that he wasn't going to serve him because he was wearing a Philadelphia Eagles NFL Sweatshirt. The two drinks did eventually show up (probably because he knew he was wrong) and they weren't even correct...he asked for on the rocks, however, there was no ice in them. We probably would have had over a $200 check by the end of the night, but after that I asked to close out our tab and we left and went to a bar down the street instead. I am beyond disappointed with the service there and the lack of customer service.
There were two employees that were amazing ones name was Yanic from the cafe who came to ask how our food was and to see if we needed anything! The other was Stephen who was awesome and remembered us from Saturday night and was super helpful!
    Friendly clean environment
We had a lot of adults and kids with us. Our server George, got a food or drink order every time he came to check on us and he kept up with everything! He was fantastic. The manager Stephen was very patient at the end when we were trying to split everything up. He was very down to earth and the kind of guy you want to be the face of this location. We came for my birthday and this was the first time we’ve been since the remodel and we will definitely be coming back more often. Great job guys!
Steven took really good care of our office party. He made sure we had everything we needed. Steven went the extra mile and came by to check on us constantly. We felt that he was treating us like a priority.
Great guy really nice and friendly! Thanks Mike!!-Rosemarys Crew
I went to bowl with some friends at 10pm on December 1st. The Bowlero system crashed and no one could be charged via credit card, but the manager on duty - Stephen Gongaware - handled the situation so that we were able to bowl and not have to wait an excessive amount of time. He went ahead and set us up with a lane and was professional while apologizing that we would have to pay when the system came back online. We were able to still enjoy our night as planned
The General Manager is an excellent ambassador for your company. He came over to us unsolicited and offered his assistance for anything that we might need. We needed the bumpers pulled up so the kids could bowl and he went, got the tool and did it himself vs having a staff member do it. Very professional and mature. Good hire on your part.
