Please hire someone who will actually listen and pay attention to what they are doing. Our server Dalton J gave no explanation of what a prime game was, and forgot to give us a lane. After searching to see if he didn't tell us what lane we returned to find out he never assigned us a lane.
There is no reason to make a mockery out of the sport of bowling. The extra loud music and flashing lane lights should be considered to be at a minimum if you feel it must be done to stay in business.
    lineage is too high
    Fun but slow service.
Dave always visits each lane and is very friendly. It puts a personal touch on the bowling alley.
Took a while to get a lane because it was league night. Didnot get any food, and only drank water so I can't comment on that. An employee asked us if we wanted anything while we were bowling.
The young lady at the front went out of her way to look up my husband's league card number. We thanked her profusely. The lanes are also kept oiled and the area is tidy.
The lady making drinks at the bar was beryl rude and inconsiderate to me and my family's questions and needs. She spoke to my teenage daughter with such disrespect and rudeness. I spent a lot of money on me and my family to have a great experience at AMF and her attitude alone was not worth it. You have a very disappointed customer that will not be returning to any AMF location based on this experience.
We come to your place allot, both recreational and as avid bowlers. I didn't quite understand your 40 minute waiting list on this night. There we 7 open lanes as we waited. When Chris at the desk was asked why there was a waiting list but open lanes were available, I offered a couple reasons why they were open...we're they reserved for a later time or maybe not functional. His response was... he didn't understand the question. I tried to ask the same question and he proceeded to tell me how the waiting list worked. It seemed very sarcastic but ok. In his defense, he was very busy. He needs help. Anyway, after waiting for almost one hour, many names were called that their lanes were now available. The 7 lanes that were open all this time were now being filled. Is your business that good that it really wouldn't matter if we had left? That's really not very good service.
