AMF is the world's largest owner and operator of bowling centers. Since the introduction of the automated pinspotter in 1946, AMF has been a leader in the bowling industry. More than 20 million bowlers per year make AMF their bowling destination of choice. AMF is where America goes bowling.

Nice people and clean and good service
Diamond was great help through out the night we played
The new manager Diamond is Awesome ! Very great customer service ! Love coming here and have lots of fun .
friendliness, was outstanding and very focused on customer appreciation and care insuring that all my needs and questions were answered and information was as complete as they could get it from another team captain putting a league together.
Turn the AC on prior to opening. The center was so hot. People were sticking on the approach for a tournament. Many kids fell from sticking. That is NOT acceptable. Clean the facility. That is probably one of the dirtiest centers I have been to. There was water on the floor. The carpet is filthy. When food was noticed on the floor it took a long time for someone to clean it and they just smeared it in the carpet. Moisture ruins bowling shoes if someone steps on it. Provide water to bowlers. Don't charge $4 for a large cup of water. Do not limit the café menu for tournaments. Tournament bowlers travel all around and compare centers. All of these decisions were made by the new GM. These changes will not go well in the future. He said this will be the NEW standard for AMF. I sure hope not. You will lose business that way.
Had a group of 9 that were bowling on Christmas day on the $10 all you can bowl. We didn't realize it was for only 2 hours. When the 2 hours were up the lanes shut down. Went to the counter to ask if myself and one other guy could pay for us to finish our game out (the other 7 did'n't want to bowl anymore). He was on the 10th frame and I was on the 7th (we had 2 lanes). the lady at the counter said no that we would have to pay for all 9 people again to continue. between the 9 of us, we had beer, food, and drinks for the kids. Spent well over $100 for that plus the $$90 in bowling. I think she could have let us bowl for another 10-15 minutes to finish our game. The place was not packed and there wasnt anyone waiting for a lane. In my opinion, itr was bad customer service!
Men's restroom needed cleaning. Floor around urinals needed mopping. Men's restroom needed deodorizer. Urinals had gum wrappers inside.
The men's bathroom soap dispensers did not work. The men's bathroom also smelled. One urinal had gum wrappers inside.
I have attended this location for the past five years and the customer is not very satisfying. There was problems with the equipment should as the ball returner problems (Lane 6), customer service at the cashier keeping my credit card to run a tab when in the past I have ran a tab without my credit card being held and showing some customer appreciation when there's equipment failure and the customer has to wait more than 15 minutes by giving the customer at least an extra game for free. I have attended another AMF location (Diamond Lanes) and I enjoy my visit with them. The younger staff at Humble Lanes are not as experienced with handling customer issues with regular customers. I hope these issues get resolved soon because the wife and I enjoy bowling and would like to attend Humble Lanes but we are seriously considering finding other locations to accomodate our bowling entertainment.
