Front desk attendant Simone was very helpful, she told us about every special of the week. I will most definitely be back ! Amazing staff !
The front desk customer service rep was awesome and gave great help when looking for advice and I would highly recommend her to others. Need more people that are like her to complete your staff.
I enjoyed myself! The alleys work properly (which oddly enough is a factor in regards to the other alleys in the area). Food is decent, and the service (staff) are pretty responsive.
    Great service .
Sandra L. took the best care of me. Made me feel at home and talks too me about life issues. She makes me feel special and welcomed every time I arrive. Really enjoy seeing her when I enter the establishment. Sandra keep up the outstanding work, the pleasure has been all mine. Thank you Bowlmor Houston, Bunker Hill road. SCS.
Sandra Lopez was a great server very friendly and polite. Very good at customer service and creating a friendly positive environment . I was pleased with service and envierment . She was also very entergetic and great at making everyone feel comfortable and satisfied.
It was extreamly hot inside the building. The cost per game was too high when compared to your competitors. My wife and I bowl 3 times per week and combine i don't believe we pay what we paid today. Furthermore that did't include food.
It was my family and my first time coming here to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed our time for the most part. However, one of the employees, David, was rude when the issue of me bringing outside food was addressed. I wasn't aware of the fact it wasn't allowed, but that wasn't a problem; I understood and took it to my car. However, when I mentioned the menu didn't have any vegan options and if they had some I looked over, he rudely responded, "that's none of our concern". After looking at the menu over again, I noticed there was an option of hummus he could have suggested instead of being rude. Had it not been for the rest of the friendly employees, I probably wouldn't recommend this place at all.
