Service is very rude and slow. But the atmosphere is great!
Had to wait over an hour for a lane even though 1/3 of the lanes were unused. The guy running laser tag was rude, lazy, and unhelpful. No prizes left in arcade area. Several menu items unavailable. Had to go to bar to order as no servers came over. No one bussed leftover food from previous guests. Spent over $150 for everything that we did and had the worst service imaginable. Need more staff, and higher quality staff.
Don't charge for bowlers that don't exist and extra shoes that no one wore and try to put some can of twist on it that it's because we moved from one lane to the other
Poor management, poor staffing, poor customer service. I visit because it's the only place to bowl in Corpus Christi (for now...) but every time I go I am disappointed. There is only one person at the register while the phone rings continuously and the cashier never answers as there is always a long line. I have seen them hang up the phone just to make it stop ringing. There are always many bartenders to tend to customers but only one employee on the front end. Always frustrating to visit.
    They were courteous and friendly.
Your facility and the games are great. It seems to lack customer service. I had to hunt down a waitrest to place and order because no one came after 30 minutes of waiting. Then she didn't return with plates or refills for my drinks. There was water spilled on the floor from previous player's which was never mopped up the whole 2 hrs we were there. I am highly disappointed and spent at least $120.00 in this facility.
fun experience, we enjoyed the bowling, food and laser tag!!
    They were nice
It was a weekday, all lanes were empty yet there was a waiting list. We put our name down, I asked several employees out of curiosity why we had to wait if literally no one was on any lanes (not exaggerating). I then called the store since no one could answer my question, aside from the fact that league bowlers were about to come in, however they only use half the bowling alley so it was not enough to justify why the other half was empty. No one answered the store phone as the staffing was poorly managed. An hour later we get our lane. Poor customer service. Not happy
she kept coming back to make sure we had everything needed and if we wanted to order something else, she was super nice and friendly
