    More table space to eat
    I truly appreciate the young man who works here I don’t recall his name but he is the black guy with dreadlocks I believe he may be the manager. I was in your location with my son who has a disability for the first time and that young man was both friendly and welcoming. He even took the time to take my son to get a ball and played some games with him in the game room he also invited us to come back to come check out a league. I just wanted to tell him thank you so much and we look forward to coming back
    I was here for my best friends son birthday part on Saturday we had the lanes beside them and I just would like to say that we also had a good time the manager riley and rick took very good care of use along with the part. We are booking our sons party this week we are looking forward to seeing them again and also Having his party here
    We received horrible customer service from what seemed to be a manager in a red shirt with dreadlocks I think his name was Rylin or something. When we still had not received our food after half an hour, i went to the counter to see what was going on. This guy immediately got an attitude and said it had not been 30 mins yet, and when i showed him my receipt that proved it, he asked me if I would rather have frozen hot dogs. He did offer to refund my money however his attitude was completely uncalled for and rude. When we finally did receive our food we were skeptical to even eat it because it had been sitting behind the counter for so long. The only person to truly apologize was another employee who I think had gold teeth, personally apologized for the managers behavior and the delay. He acted like a true manager. I would really like to be contacted by someone higher up about this issue.
    My family and I just had such a wonderful experience. Riley and his whole team took such good care of myself and my family. Everyone was so nice and they all had smiles during Are time there. We will definitely be back.
    We got charged for 3 games and only bowled 1 and a 1/2. The young lady that we paid for the games with was very rude and in professional. After bowling we let our kids play at the arcade and then we let them shoot pool. However the young lady told us that pool was only played by the hour. Our 2 kids take about 20 to 30 minutes a game. Instead of letting us play the $1.00 a game they wanted us to pay roughly $12 to play 2 games of pool. This is outrageous and one of the things that attracted us to this place was the ability to play a game or 2 of pool for a couple of bucks after bowling. After this incident we have decided to take our kids to the other place in Greensboro, 40 minutes away instead of 5 minutes here.
    The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. They attended to us as quickly as they could, when we needed it most. We had a small misplacement, but they handled it right away.
    Lorinda was awesome. Helped me with my bar order. She then talked to me about joining a league and gave me a registration form. Awesome time!
