    Mr. Henderson at check in was very polite, friendly and helpful! Others too at the counter area were welcoming and friendly but i didnt get their names. Genuine, sincere friendly and helpful customer service is rare any more. I have only been to one other bowling alley in town a year or so ago, I believe in Hornaday Road, with all the laser tag, etc. TERRIBLE customer service. Will never go back. This place on Holden is a real bowling alley. Reminds me when I used to bowl on a league as a teenager. I might just join a league here at this place.
    old equipment- I think its time for new equipment in this center!! like new bowling balls, new keypad console, new scoring system, fast ball rack system and rest rooms are not clean in this center!
    Prices for bowling are great. Men's bathroom could be cleaner. Lanes are good. Equipment works well enough and the staff is responsive. I haven't eaten anything yet. Soda water (not just tonic) in the dispenser would be a huge improvement.
    I have a special needs adult brother that has Down Syndrome and early onset of ALZ. We come in once a week with two of my brother's special friends. Mr. Dan and Ms. Pam are second to none! I cannot tell you how thankful we are for how they treat us. Little things that make a big difference in our everyday/week lives.
    Soda water would be good addition at bar.
    It wouldn't hurt to get a larger quantity of shoes in popular sizes. Myself and many others were a little upset that there were none left. One woman almost fell as she went up to the lane because she wasn't wearing any shoes. The young man at the check in could use some more training in customer service as well.
    Constantly looking to help as soon as there is a problem.
    I enjoyed the time I had at AMF however there was a lot of teens just standing around. This created a rsther uneasy feeling. I suppose they were waiting on a lane but I wish there was another area for thst. Also the music was upbeat but some of it was a bit dated. Current music would improve the fun atmosphere. Customer service could use a little help as well. The guy standing there seemed as if he didn't enjoy his job. At an establishment such as this I'd expect a more outgoing employee.
