    I have been to all NYC locations before and love the scene in Woodside (fun, live, clean, etc.) but unfortunately this visit I had an issue with one of the staff. Staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful but manager of the location- was great and provide great customer service. He listen to our concerns, address it and provided us with a refund of the last game- due to the level of disrespect the staff. I will definitely return and bring friends just because of how the manager- the top man on site handled the situation. See you soon Bowlero Queens.
    You were featured on groupon which you did not accept. Then we were charged 2 bowling games when we only was given one game to play. Never going back. Thanks but no thanks.

    It’s a good place
    Great customer service. The employees were nice and attentive. They took our order at our lane and refilled our water. Super friendly staff and the place was really clean and organized. Prices are awesome.
    I was misinformed by the desk staff of the availability of combos. My family and I decided to wait an hour until said time for combos to start only to find out that it was not available. I spoke with the manager, explained the situation, he was understanding of our situation, apologized and gave us a free game, which we appreciated. Once we started playing we had many issues with the lane itself, a played would bowl and the lane would reset before that player was able to throw a second time. We had to ask for the lane to be fixed which we needed to wait at least ten minutes for and our game was completely reset. We ordered good as well, our order was delivered incomplete and incorrect. The waitress had to return three times to finally bring what should have only needed to take one trip. The food was very salty, making it almost inedible. All of the issues we encountered made it difficult for our family to enjoy ourselves, it really felt like it was just one issue after another the entire evening. It is very disappointing as the place itself has tons of potential to be a very awesome experience if only they could iron out some of these issues it would be great! We may return once more to give the place another chance but in all honesty if our next trip is like our previous one, it will be last. I feel as if the mangers did their best considering the circumstances, but it did seem as if it were understaffed for the volume of customers they were recieving, so that may help as well as better training for the employees. The waitress wasn't even very familiar with the menu items as well as the front desk not having knowledge of the combos.
    They treated me as if I was at home. The attention giving to me was amazing.
    Rosana was super kind and helpful during my first visit ever to Bowlero! She checked to see if she could help me find my party and assisted me with getting the right shoe size!
