Effective service and nice clean bowling lanes .
Great services and the bar also.
The entire facility was that of absolutely clean and helpful staff. The lanes were highly responsive with no issues. The only minor complaint was on the wood before the lane the floor was a bit sticky and I found myself getting stuck on the floor here and there. Overall wonderful experience and I would recommend their prices and deals to anyone.
I've heard of places that only take cash but never that only take card. I think that's ridiculous and inconvenient
Well they where very nice and respectful and very thing I didn't like was they send me and my kids to a lane that wasn't clean but once we told them the moved us to a different Lane
Wouldn't take my coupon..entirely too expensive..lanes continuously got stock and it took almost 1/2 hour for someone to come..Pizza was burnt.. nachos were ice cold
Every time lane got stuck it took well over 15 min to get someone to fix it. There communication between workers was horrible. And at these prices I'd say service was horrible. Food and drinks take forever. And manager Jenny was no help and didn't care at all when we complained at least 4 times. And didn't even apologize at all. Was super disappointed in the her actions. Don't think we will want to return.
As we checked in there was no issue, we got to our lane everything was a mess, plates and glasses everywhere. We ordered some drinks through the tablet, realized it was taking too long decided to check at the bar, I see that they're ready so I ask the bartender, the manager asks for my ID and the other person needs to come down to show her the ID as well, completely understandable. Although her response to our drinks not being brought up was there was only one bartender, didn't seem like an appropriate answer nor did she did anything about it. If the place is short staffed they shouldn't give customers the option to order through the tablet and wait a long time for drinks or food. I've been to this bowling place for years now. And I never had an issue until last week and today. Our drinks took 30 minutes on our second round meanwhile I saw everyone else getting their drinks and the bartender stepped out. Very disappointed with the service.
