    Clean and fun. It took under 5 minutes for our order of loaded fries to arrive, which my group loved! Though, the portion was way too small for the over $10 price! Very unsatisfied. Also, it took 15 minutes for 5 milkshakes to come out, we even had to ask about where they are. We needed our bumpers up, so we pressed the call button on our computers about 10 times and no one came. So we went to the desk and they said they didnt work. Then why are they there? False adverstising. Otherwise, the bowling was fun.

    KATRINA HELPED ME OBTAIIN MY LANE IN A TIMELY MANOR. I THOUGHT SHE WAS KIND AND HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE TOWARD ME AS A CUSTOMER. I ALSO BRIEFLY TALKED TO AN EMPLOYEE NAMED OLIVIA WHO HAD AN ELEGANT PRESCENSE. SHE SHOWED INTEREST IN MY GUEST AND I. I FELT VERY CARED FOR DURING MY EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    Our lane kept resetting and I was originally told that I wouldn’t be able to move to another lane. I was told to wait because the mechanic was working on it. After waiting forever , i finally asked for a manager who compensated us and later found out there were more lanes acailable and that we could switch. Because we had to leave , we couldn’t stay to play, but the manager was extremely helpful

    We saw the website saying ‘you missed the cyber Monday sale but you can still get the $10 bonus card when you buy $50!! Regardless, we go through the process to buy and nowhere is there an indication we’ll get a bonus card. Or what the details of the bonus card are – expiration? Other small print? So we skip getting a gift card. At 10:50AM we called to see if the place was crowded / what kind of a wait there was for a lane. The woman barked at my daughter – ‘we’re not open yet’. OK, when do you open? ‘Check our website’. Then getting there at 11:30, we hadn’t gotten anything from the VIB club (looking for the $20 coupon). The manager (he gave me Sanjay’s card… I missed if that was him or not) says there’s nothing he can do for us. We pay $60.91 (see receipt A). My wife, son and I still had our bowling shoes from years ago!. The lane we got (18) had a COLD windstorm from the vent above (it IS winter and they have cold air coming out of the ductwork?) And quite a breeze too – my daughter’s and wife’s long hair was noticeably moving, besides just feeling the cold air. They move us to another lane and I get a text offering the $20 coupon. My wife brings that to the front desk. They do some things and SAY we got the refund of the $20. But all they gave us was receipt B for ANOTHER charge for $40.78. My wife questions that and they point to the (60.91) as a credit amount. She points to the 60.91 right above that as cancelling out the credit. The woman stares at my wife. Calling our credit card company this evening, they confirmed there were no credits issued to us. Just the 2 charges (and they confirmed credits & charges are treated the same way / will show up as quick or as slow as the other – if it was coming, they would have seen it. They tell us we can (and certainly will) dispute those charges when the bill comes in a couple weeks. Is this the first time experience you want for people at Bowlmor? We will still have this hanging over us for weeks now waiting for our credit card statement to file a dispute with the credit card company and wait for the resolution (reversal of at least 1 of the charges…but really, it should be at least a reversal of both for the troubles!) We will be sure to share our experience on Yelp, TripAdvisor and other social media. The place is really nice compared to Strike N Spare… but the treatment we experienced outweighs any appearance. Can’t put lipstick on a pig.

    Our lane was malfunctioning throughout the entire time we bowled. When it did work we still needed to hit the reset button in order for the frame to change. When we told the desk about our problem (after a couple of trips) they said a manager would come by and talk to us. He/She never did. When it was time to check out the clerk said my card was declined but your credit card machine was broken. the manager then manually entered my card and it went through. They also ran out of food and had to close the kitchen at 7:45. It was an aweful experience at Bowlmor.

    Prices are way too high especially the shoes ridiculously high for a pair of shoes cost 17.37 for three pair of shoes spent 52.76 just for my kids to bowl 2 games each and I bowled one with them. We also bought food which was so high priced almost 4.00 for one soda! Very expensive day out for only being there a little over 1 hour!!! Also very dark inside they could put the lights up a little bit. I felt like I was at a nightclub in the middle of the day.
