The lanes are not properly calibrated. We paid for play for four games, and yet the lanes prematurely cut off on us routinely. Also, the customer keyboard is extremely cumbersome; confusing, and outdated! When hitting the manual "reset" arrow for the lanes to clear the pins......these arrows did not work, forcing us to get help from workers at the desk.
