Please remind customers of bowling alley rules and etiquette. I recommend having the rules posted in visible areas throughout the center. My visit yesterday was very unpleasant and a waste of time because of rude and obnoxious customers.

Brian S. was amazing. The alley was loaded with kids Passover & Easter vacation Brian was all alone and ran that place amazingly. N customer was left unattended , all requests for assistance were responded to and all with a smile. I bowl here every Monday with my grandson when it is quiet and calm. With Brian all alone it was quiet and calm with a full alley.

Lane we used broke down several times. Move us to next close lane and had same problems First ball recorded but went to the next bowler. Never got scores completed.
