Go back to 2.22 for shoes on tuesdays. The bathrooms are always dirty every time I have been there.
Our lanes always break or mess up.

One of the bartenders Isaac M. Made me a drink and didn't ask what kind of alcohol as in brand. He just assumed and upselled me. The shoe size I got was big and when I went back to exchange they didn't have my size.
Helped out with automated food service and told us about the summer leagues and summer promotions
Your employees need to be trained on how to be civil and courteous to patrons. I was there with another friend, and 3 kids ages 3,4 and 5. First we were told that lanes are under maintenance, therefore there is a delay. So we ordered 1 entree per person, and were told that we can use the table where the lanes are broken. Soon after, that lane was activated and we were told to move. So we moved to another, then this female employee came and told us we can't sit there because it's reserved. So I said, ok - we can just move outside that space where standing room and barstools are - she told us to take our kids off right away from the seating area, and I said, ok - i am going to do that right now as soon as this this conversation is over - she said, or you can just leave! Now isn't that amazing!! Never have I ever been asked to leave an establishment! Your company is in business to serve customer and for them to have a good time - not to kick them out because kids were being kids for 10 seconds! We took hungry kids away, and the person who helped us void the order and get reimbursement didn't care enough as he was also rolling his eyes as I was trying to tell him what transpired. Very unfortunate that your one specific employee was blatantly discourteous and the other didn't care. I suppose you don't need to be nice to all the customers that come to your locations because you have a popular establishment - but isn't that abusing your establishment.
