    Your front lady very good.
I called a few days prior to our visit to get pricing as I'm on a fixed income and was bringing my grandsons during their spring break. I was informed about $2.00 Tuesday. What a great idea!! Upon getting to the bowling alley at 4:30 I was told $2.00 Tuesday started at 8 p.m. I couldn't disappoint8 price. This was my youngest grandsons 1st bowling experience. It was a great disappointment. I couldn't get them any snacks because that money 1went towards the over charge I was not expecting. Mis-information and a disappointing experience go hand in hand. This after taking 3 buses on a 76 degree day. Sadly, i dont think I'll be returning to your establishment or spreading the word. DISAPPOINTING to say the least.
The service was absolutely horrible. I came here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and I got a terrible experience. I stood in line for over 20 minutes to order food and when I got to the front of the line I was told the kitchen was closed. Only after going back and forth with the guy he told me I could only get fries or chicken tenders. Then I also try to order a big bowl drink only for them to put it in a 12 oz cup. I asked why are they advertising big bowl drinks but they serve small cups the guy told me it's basically the same thing. Then once me and my party started bowling our lanes were constantly messing up. We would bowl and the score wouldn't be show up, al the balls would be stuck at the end of the lane, the pins wouldn't reset and more. They moved our lane several times only for the problems to keep happening. We then asked for a refund and they said they could not give us one because they saw us bowling. After coming here for years I wish to never waste my time or my friends time at this place again.
The price for soft drinks was excessive and grossly over priced. $3.50 for a small drink the size of a coffee cup is unacceptable.
Both the young lady at the front desk and our server were great. Service is the most important part of any going out experience and our service was awesome.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating- from the cashier, to the bartender, to the guy who switched out my shoes (and went to get the ball that somehow ended up in the gutter of another lane). The experience was so nice that my friends and I have decided to make visiting on Sunday our "thing"
The appearance, decor, large tv screens, music, atmosphere were great. We would work to improve a few things: 1. There were no prices listed. We ended up going up to the counter to purchase 3 different times, and wish we could have seen if there was any cost savings in ordering / paying differently should there have been any packages. 2. Prices were too expensive. 3. Restrooms weren't clean. 4. Many of the booth cushions were torn.
