    We were in lane 14 with three children, ages 6 and 8. There was a couple next to us that was rude to me and the children. The whole place was loud with music and videos and they complained that our children were distracting them and in their peripheral vision while they bowled. The complained and gave me and my children dirty looks and sighed loudly for much of the time the kids were playing. The children stayed in our lane the entire time and were not misbehaving. It was quite uncomfortable. When I went to the manager, Miguel, his response was "I can't control how other customers behave here. I'm sorry you had a bad experience." I do not think this attitude is acceptable or professional. As a manager, I do believe it is his job to control how your patrons behave and if they are rude to children, it is not acceptable, particularly in a place where there are so many children. The attitude that you should not do anything if your guests have an unpleasant experience is poor customer service, even if it is not directly attributable to your lanes or service. I believe Miguel should have offered to move the couple beside us, talk to them about being rude to us or discount our game. The attitude of this manager only made an unpleasant situation worse. I will be posting this review on yelp as well. Thank you for your attention.
    Team members were responsive and attentive
    Greeted by Ryan P with happiness and joy. He recommended me to come to some events... The bowling alley is very well maintained
    We had an issue where our lane stopped working. We asked the cashier to have someone fix it; it did take a while for someone to finally come tend to the issue and when he did we sat and waited an additional 15+ minutes. Eventually, we decided not to continue with this game and not to play the 3rd game that we had paid for. But, the man at the counter did allow us to get our money back and gave us free games for a future visit.
    Joshua at the bar/food service area was very friendly and helpful. The folks at the check-in/check-out were also friendly and honest (in terms of our wait time). Much appreciated.....
    The man who gave us a lane and shoes was very helpful several times and even came over to make sure we were ok while we were bowling. The waitress was professional and very fast.
    The service rep was engaging and responsive and friendly. The manager was very responsive to requests as well. Lanes were uncluttered clean. Everything worked out as it should. Pricing was appropriate.
