    amiable and cheerful staff
    very friendly...remembers me and my wife (who has Alzheimer's) and treat her sooo nice which in turn makes me feel very good. Thank you for that alone!
    You need to get newer equipment. The lanes frequently score incorrectly and have problems with setting pins.
    As always was flexible in handling our pretty big group which does leage practice on Sundays. They were especially helpful in squeezing us in when there was a tournament going on

    This wasn't the first time we've bowled at AMF at Venice. We have gone before on Sundays to take advantage of my free bowling session because I work in the service industry and we use the money we save to purchase concessions. However today my girlfriend and I decided to stop by after a date to bowl some quick frames. I showed my server card at the beginning and was promised my frames would be free from the clerk. At the end of the couple frames we bowled the clerk called over his manager to take off my frames from the bill. When the manager showed up she said I should have showed my card before we bowled which I did. She then told me just having the card is not enough because it doesn't prove I still hold the job, even though that is what I have always done, and I would need to provide a paystub. I then showed her my paystub online because I can access it on my phone, to which she said she would still not take off my frames that I bowled because I was bowling with my girlfriend and she couldn't split mine off. Something once again we have always done. I'm not entirely sure why Angela was being so unreasonable, but after being promised at the beginning my frames would be free and doing the same thing many Sundays before. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the customer care I received as it was very disrespectful. It was fairly clear the only thing she wanted to do was deny me something I have been promised and that has been delivered many times before. In the end you saved 8 dollars but will miss out on my future business which amounts to much more as my girlfriend and I normally purchase numerous items from your concessions.
