Customer service was extremely terrible! Family members from out of town came. Decided to take them bowling it was a terrible experience. Customer service rep with green hair has a very nasty attitude. I was ignored when trying to ask for help. The lane kept turning off. The lady with the green hair the entire night would not help and of the people from our party because she was extremely frustrated that we had a large party and needed to take up two lanes.
The service was unacceptable from the ladies at the front all the way to the manager... I will never recommend not come here again
Bartender was exceptional. Drinks was flowin'
Provide part of the house with lights on as you have 60 lanes and some bowlers who would like to be able to see the lanes as we are serious about the sport and our game.
    Great service team
As a league bowler I appreciate the weekly free games and the managers such as Joanne and Michelle are nice enough to try to get me lanes that have been oiled each week when I practice. Your staff at AMF Milford are very friendly and have always treated me well.
I met Joann the league coordinator about a month ago. I am returning to bowling after 20+ years. Joann was very pleasant and even stopped by the lane to see how I was doing. I ended up joining a league because every time I stopped in and Joann was there (I do prefer when the lights are on..hint hint!) each time I saw her she said hello, remembered my name and used it. It made me feel good. I also want to mention Natasha,. She was friendly, easy to deal with when I needed lane assistance etc. Bowling is bowling but having nice people makes it that much more enjoyable. Thank you for having a great staff, I look forward to a nice season of league play.
AMF in Milford is a great spot to go to. The only problemsI have with it is that the service is very slow there, especially at the bars. I could be waiting there for minutes, and sometimes the bartender will skip over me and go right to anyone they make eye contact with. This happens almost every time that I go there. Other than that, love this place and love they are rebranding.
For the center's Tuesday night $2.00 bowling special, more staff for waitressing should be visible and accessible for the customers convenience. I was at my land for 30minutes and not one server came to the lane to ask if we needed anything. I had to walk to other side of the bowling alley to request a waitress/ waiter and it still took long. It was an inconvenience to keep stopping the bowling game to find a waitress/ waiter.
    joann was kind and helpful
