    I had a group of 20-25 members of a local Haunted Attraction come to bowl. The staff was very helpful in adding in the folks who arrived later than 10pm. Everyone had a blast and they would like to do this again next year. We did learn that those who plan on attending will be assigned a lane and the lane will not be activated until all members are present.

    It was pretty good, kinda crowded but I had a lot of fun. I plan to visit again next week. My only complaint is that they don't have enough people working there so I had to struggle a little to get one of the works attention to ask something. Oh, and you could add any special thing when it is someone bday

    Balls kept getting stuck and not returning. We pointed this out when we first arrived to the lane. the light went out on the lane and we assumed it was fixed when the light came on. When we tried to video chat with the front desk the intercom rang and we then hung up on when it connected. When we went back the second time to report the problem, the manager walked away from us and we had to interrupt the staff from eating bread sticks at the front desk to get them to help us. They seemed inconvinenced.

    clean the bathrooms, find friendlier staff, and tell customers that they are inside and can not run around or jump on furniture. Michelle was spoken to about the behavior of the bowlers after a waitress was almost run over by a running teenager. Nothing was done other than her starring my group down with an angry look on her face and her arms folded behind my group the rest of the evening. She is far from professional and was portraying herself like a child. GREAT FACE TO REPRESENT YOUR CORPORATION.

    I am in a league at this alley. My ball and two of my team member's balls have been damaged several times. Also, the lanes are not oiled often enough.
