AMF is the world's largest owner and operator of bowling centers. Since the introduction of the automated pinspotter in 1946, AMF has been a leader in the bowling industry. More than 20 million bowlers per year make AMF their bowling destination of choice. AMF is where America goes bowling.

friendly and helpful always with a smile etc.
The staff worked efficiently despite it being so busy. They also were very helpful whenever our pins didn't reset. I had a great experience here.
I have been bowling here weekly for almost a year when it was AMF lanes. Ever since the name change, I have only been unsatisified. In the last dozen times of coming, we have never had one waitress visit us at our lane. Staff at the counter stands there and talks to each other. I understand I cannot be helped right away, but if I am waiting at the counter and I am the person that is next to be helped, they should at least tell me it will be one minute instead of standing there chatting.
Enjoy the attention given, very polite and courteous
Next time, it would be valuable if there were to be more wait staff at the main desk. It did take more time as there was a somewhat longer line.
It was Christmas Day, yet the snack bar was open for food and drinks and the waitress could not have been nicer. Although it was an unplanned event, there was adequate room and we had a fun family time.
Super friendly receptionist who provided all of the information I needed to know.
MUSIC & VIDEOS WHERE ON POINT. But...service was slow. Mature (25-50) waiter/waitress would be appriciated after 8pm. Lights could be dimmer.
In the past you were not required to give a credit card to put on file when first checking in. I'm very confused as to why it has changed from the past where you only had to have one person in your party give their card to hold the lane. I was given a very hard time when I went last night because I do not have a debit or credit card. The team member behind the counter was very rude and made the process quite difficult. All I wanted to do was pay in cash at the end of my games like I have done every other time before you changed from AMF to Bowlero. You guys are not catering to real bowlers. You are turning the bowling ally into a night club thats chasing a younger, stupider crowd. I'm very disappointed with my experience and will no longer be returning to your establishment. You have lost a true customer that has been going to that same bowling ally for 20 years. You have lost your ways.
    Very friendly and fast service
