Food came out quick. The service was fast and polite. Overall very pleasant experience especially for our first time.
Maybe next time tell us when to stop playing because it never said stop so we wasted our money also the other time that we went there the workers where not that nice and didn't let us order.
Make sure all the floors are clean bc it was not that great today. There was sticky spilled juice/soda all over the arcade. Also the front desk should be more precise with their pricing. I was charged for an extra game today smh.
Kimberly took great care of our needs. I just love coming here.
You emailed me a special for Valentine's Day that was not honored by this alley. The email was for $2 games. The attendant tried to give us a deal but it cost us more than double what it should have. I would have left but my three boys already were inside and it was a surprise for them. We didn't get the $2 anything and ended up spending $115. The attendant said it was only after 8:00 pm but no where did it mention that in the email. He showed me something online but that was just for Tuesdays and this was a valentine special. It didn't feel good that our neighborhood bowling alley would pull that on us. I probably won't be back.
Everyone one super amazing. They were kind and helpful every step of the way. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was quick. This was my first visit and i can not wait to come back.
$85 for 3 people for 3 games is outrageous! There was an associate spray painting the hand rails, stinking up the place while we were trying to bowl. I complained at the desk and was told that there is they can do about it. Finally the 14 pond ball that I attempted to was so mangled that it tore into my thumb.
We enjoyed our family bowling game today. We had 11 people and the kids and grandparents used the railings and ramp and it made the experience much more fun than it would have been for them without them. The staff was helpful when balls would get stuck in gutters. I am not sure if having video screens above the alley - it seemed distracting to me.
We go to this bowling often. Kids have fun and a great arcade as well. Went twice in last 3 days. It was very crowded both days-probably kids home from school on break. The alley is severely understaffed. Only 3 servers. Waited an hour to order just drinks. No one around. Went to at to try to get drinks for kids but that was a zoo because there were no servers. Finally ordered drinks but then took 20 minutes just to get sodas. System to pay is ridiculous. Wait on line to get a lane-no problem. But the. To have to wait 15-20 minutes to get on another like to pay is just wrong. My average is over $100 when there. Not right to have to wait again to pay. Need a better system. The workers are all very nice and do the best they can and the manager there is very nice. It's just a staffing issue and the paying system that needs attention. With all that said I'm sure we will go back again but the experience especially today was terrible and honestly unfair.
