Paul our server was very attentive and helpful accommodating everything we needed! Hey
First of all, we walked up and asked for a lane for 5 people, then we were charged for the existing lane #5;as in we just finished playing and we're paying but in fact we just got there. That got fixed quickly, however during our entire game not one server came by. We were in lane 2, no other games were going on adjacent to us. It was not busy by all means. I saw severs talking amongst each other and serving other people.I walked up to the bar and asked if lane 2 could get a pitcher of water and was told our server would help us with that. I told them no one had been by to serve us for 30 min, I was then told that they will get someone to help us. No one came and our game ended.
Paul was awesome in serving us, super friendly and attentive to our needs. We appreciated his service very much.
Very friendly. They made our night better then ever! <3
Matt, Rachel, Paul, Jill, Leah, Jenny and Angel all kill it! This team is awesome and always on it! Much love, D-Nasty & Urso
    Very helpful
The approach was dangerously slick while the lane seemed virtually unoiled. The approach should be clean and the lane oiled, not the other way around. This was not-league play and I don't think I'd want to join a league there.
I had a really great bartender named Andrea. She was super attentive and down to earth. Made us laugh and she knew a lot about basketball while we were watching the OKC game. Her manager crystal was great too. We talked to her for a bit when Andrea went on her break and answered our questions about having a birthday party there.
Your website doesn't give pricing, I called the bowling alley to ask for pricing but nobody answered, my 2 kids and I get there and the guy tells us it's $5 for shoes and $6 for each game for the 3 of us but keeps my credit card on file while we play. We played 3 games then find out it's a total of $75 for the 3 of us! We were there maybe 1 hour for $75!! I spoke with the manager and she said that the game price was per person. This was not communicated to me when we arrived. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this location. I will tell everyone and anyone I speak to not to go to Bowlero ever again. When it was AMF, the prices were reasonable, they were posted on the website or over the phone, and the personnel was much more professional that what I experienced yesterday.
    Kitchen was very slow.
